"And while I hate to admit it," Grath grumbled, "that does make sense. Anver would turn himself inside out to please his god, so his god has to make sure Anver makes his own decisions. What about you four? Are you helping him with that?"

"Trying," I promised. "We let Anver set his own pace, but we make it clear that he's allowed to do that. I think knowing someone believes in him and has his back helps more than he wants to admit."

"We all need friends," Grath pointed out. "Now, lie back and let me help with your legs."

"Oh, be careful with those," I said as I obeyed. "Had a session this weekend with three men on me. I'm a little used."

Ursula heard that and chuckled. "Don't worry, Priestess, we're going to start slow."

"Just Nari," I assured her. "I promise that I'm nothing special."

"Maybe not," she countered, "but you will be. I'm going to make sure of it."
