“Because I’m an independent woman.”
“Allowing someone else to repack your things compromises that how?”
“It doesn’t?”
“I should hope not. I am a man who makes his own decisions, but am content to allow others to do things for me if it saves me time to do what I am best at.”
“Dominating the business world?”
“Only on days that end in ay.”
The joke was old, but she laughed anyway. Because it was also true.
“You’re not dominating the business world right now.”
“No. I am giving you a much-needed foot rub.”
“You’re very good at it.”
“I took a course on massage during my university days.”
“Why?”
“I was dating a woman who told me that if a man was serious about giving pleasure in the bedroom, he had to learn to give pleasure out of it.”
“She sounds pretty sure of herself.”
“I am drawn to strong women.”
“I guess so. You’re going on vacation with me.” Jenna had no doubts about her own inner strength.
“That I am.” His massage technique changed.
Jenna started having some very different responses to Dima’s moving fingers. “Please tell me this yacht has a bedroom.”
“Need a shower before dinner,milaya moy?”
“After.”
“After?” he teased as his fingers did something that went straight to her core.
Jenna gasped and jerked, but did she pull her foot away? No, she did not.
His laughter was low and oh, so very sexy.
“Dima, we need to take this someplace no one is going to walk in on us.”
He nodded without any more teasing, the sexual energy coming off of him intense and powerful.
He stood up and offered his hand.
She took it without hesitation.
He led her out of the living room, down a hall and a set of stairs that ended in a set of double doors. He opened one and pulled her inside.
The cabin was as luxurious a bedroom as any she had ever seen, including the one she stayed in at the palace. Spacious and decorated with warm, rich colors and fabrics, it screamed wealth and privilege.
In another situation, Jenna would probably find it over-the-top, but in that moment, she was only thankful it had a door that could be shut and locked.
