“Will it do for small private dinners?” asked Livy. “I don’t want to give up on that idea. I checked. We have plenty of folding tables and dining chairs in storage if we decide to go ahead with it.”

Charlotte turned to Dylan. “The meeting room can easily be used for private dining, don’t you think?”

“I do,” he said agreeably. “It’s set up to be flexible.” He checked his watch. “I’ve got to go. I’m meeting Adam for dinner. We’re headed into Clearwater. Thanks for the drink. See you tomorrow, Charlie. I’ll pick you up at ten.”

“I’ll be ready,” said Charlotte ignoring the curious stares of her cousin.

Dylan left, crossing the lawn toward the other end of the cove where he and Adam were staying.

“What?” Charlotte finally said, holding in laughter at the curious looks her cousins were giving her.

“You and Dylan?” Livy said.

“I think it’s nice,” said Brooke, smiling at her.

Charlotte wasn’t sure how it felt. She just knew Dylan was a nice man who got the “new” her.
