"No, what I said is I don't want to be a onetime deal. I want something meaningful and long lasting with you." Aria's face becomes serious.
"Like I said, I don't want that either. I really do want to kiss you right now." I begin to lean in closer to Aria.
Aria leans back forcing me to have to lean in more to kiss her. Her eyes fill with a glisten of tears, and I can tell she is tormented, wanting to kiss me. But the thought of my sister scares her and it is obvious.
Leaning further into her, I try to place my lips to hers. Aria quickly pulls back from me and drops her head. The disappointment is clear.
"Why won't you kiss me, Aria?"
"I want to kiss you so bad. I really do. I just have to give this some thought before I allow you to kiss me. I have to have a plan with Jenna. It is how I am. I am a complete planner."
"Would you just relax and let me kiss you, damnit!"
Aria stares into my eyes like she is reading my mind. This terrifies me as I have no clue what she is thinking and how her confusion is tormenting her.
Leaning in once again to try and kiss Aria, our lips meet for a second. I break the kiss from her as now my guilt has overtaken my pleasure.
"I am so sorry, Aria. I don't know what just came over me. I really am not trying to pressure you. You are so irresistible.” I shake my head.
“Are you still erect?” She asks.
“Even more so now than before. Just that quick moment of our lips meeting made me stiffer.”
“Ugh! You have no idea how much I want to see that and feel that. I just can’t, Eric. I am so sorry." Aria jumps up from my couch and walks towards my door.
Rearing from my couch I follow her. "Aria, please don't go. Let's talk about this so we don't have any bad feelings about what just happened."
"Eric, I need to go. I am sure the super is waiting for me. Trust me I have no ill feelings towards what just happened. The only thing I regret is that we did not really kiss. We did not really get to feel one another’s lips. And believe me I hate that!" She opens the door.
"Can we have dinner soon?" I want to see her again as soon as possible.
"Yes, let's connect this week and see when is good for both of us. Sound good?" Aria turns towards me for a quick moment.
"Yeah, that works. Again, please do not panic over all of this. I too feel the same about you. I want to feel more than your lips. I want to feel all of you head to toe. But most importantly, I want to feel your heart and emotions intermixed with mine."
