Jenna and I both laugh at my joke and exchange another hug.
"When are you going to have this same chat with Eric?" I get serious.
"I was hoping to be able to talk to him today or tomorrow. Is he home yet?"
"I don't know. He usually gets home around six. You can certainly go knock on his door and try."
"I think I will do that. Thank you for letting me in and talking with me, I love you like a sister, Aria.” Jenna grabs her handbag and walks to my door.
"Love you too, let's get together soon, sound good?"
"Sounds perfect," Jenna says, and leaves my apartment.
All be damned, has hell frozen over? Jenna apologized to me and is willing to accept Eric and me together? Maybe she has lost her mind, or maybe, just maybe, she has come to her senses after all!
