I stopped at my waist and looked at him.
“My fingers and tongue. I can only imagine how sweet you’d taste.”
“Raph, what are you doing?”
“I’m telling you exactly what I want. Show me. Lower your pants and raise your shirt so I can see exactly what I want.”
Talk about nervous.
“I don’t think that’s a good idea. Friends, remember?”
“Anise.”
I shook my head. “No, Raph. We shouldn’t.”
“For me.”
Way to shred every ounce of my resistance with two words. I didn’t respond verbally, I just inched down my yoga pants. I lifted my body to get to the other side and Raphael watched intensely.
“Lay on your back.” He instructed.
I did but lifted to slide my pants over my ass. Once they were down at my knees, I’d exposed everything, so I kicked them to the floor.
“Good, good girl. Shirt…”
I lifted my shirt over my stomach.
“All the way off.”
“But…”
“Off.” He almost seemed to plead with me.
I looked over to see him sitting on the edge of his bed.
“Your date?”
“She can wait.”
“That’s rude!”
“Anise. You come first. You should know that by now.”
I knew, and that was the scary part. “I do.”
“Then, take it off.”
I did, and I’d never felt more exposed to anybody else.
“Face me.”
I did. Unconsciously, I ran my fingertips along my thigh, and when Raphael growled at me, I stopped.
“You’re beautiful, Anise.”
“Thank you, Raph.”
“Come visit me,” he blurted.
