My cock’s raring to go. My damn underwear’s wet with all of the pre-cum that’s leaked out. Time to unload in her, on her…to mark her as mine.

“No,” Roarke says.

My eyes shoot up. Great, I’m on my knees, looking up at him pleadingly. I try to dial my reaction to disagreement, to indicate that we should discuss what happens next. He’s not even asking Caroline what she wants. Maybe cock-riding is her favorite way to unwind. I’m not going to deny her.

“Are you relaxed, Caroline?” The cool, calm, and collected tone he uses when he’s helping someone understand the ‘the obvious’ irks me.

She’s looking up at him too, yet he still holds the power.

“I’ve never been so relaxed in my entire life,” she says.

“That was the goal.”

I move from between Caroline’s knees and press her legs closed, but don’t rise. I want to stay at her level. “I don’t know how many sports you’ve played or watched, Roarke, but you don’t stop trying for more goals just because you get one.”

Caroline giggles, a sense of coherency returning.

He says, “Before you got here, I proposed a few things to Caroline. We need to give her time to think.”

She pulls herself more upright in the chair, narrowing her gaze at Roarke. “I’m fine with this. I only balked at moving in with you. I want this.” She motions between the three of us.

“You want some fun?”

“Yeah.”

“You’re young and maybe you’re not ready to commit, but that’s not what we’re doing.”

“It’s not?” The question pops out of me before I realize I’ve said it out loud. Talk of commitments could scare her off. The irony is that I’d give Caroline a baby right now if no one stopped me. I’d bond her to me forever.

Roarke shakes his head then scoots the flip-flops out of the way and sits on the couch before motioning for Caroline and me to join him. We sandwich her naked body between us.

Why do I feel like this is a weird torture test to see if I can sit next to Caroline, her curves, and her pink parts while having a rational conversation?

“Bennett, can you honestly say that this doesn’t mean anything to you, because I can’t.”

Fuck. What is wrong with him? “Can we talk in the other room?”

“Whatever you have to say, do it right here.”

“I can leave.” Caroline leans forward, but Roarke holds her back by the shoulder.

“You’re missing the point. I don’t want you to leave, ever. Bennett and I have never done something like this before. The only explanation I can think of for why we’re so perfect together is that we’re meant to be.”

“We might not be as perfect as you think.”

“Baby, it’s okay to be nervous, but give us a chance. Do more than just hang out with us for drinks.” He motions to the house. “You can have it all, we’ll keep it our little secret for now, until you’re comfortable with it. What do you say, Bennett?”

He’s right, what we have is incredible. I felt it at the diner, in the parking lot, and between her legs. It’s just right. But it’s far from normal. But wouldn’t it be wrong to keep Caroline a secret?

Caroline

“Asecret?”Bennettplayswith my fingers. I’m wondering the same thing. Does Roarke realize who I am, thus the need for secrecy or is he just protecting us? He’s always made a big deal of his public image, holding his daughter to a high standard I never fit.

Roarke hasn’t given the slightest hint that he recognizes me though.

If I reveal who I am now, ourdrinkscould be over. No need to make life-altering decisions today.
