Love has been perfect with Beth. She'd rounded up her studies a year ago, and with a glowing recommendation from working for me and then as a T.A, renowned companies had scrambled to take her under their employ, and she's chosen the juiciest, a huge tech company in New York. I couldn't be prouder.
“We should get a cup of coffe—"
“You cannot have coffee,” I tell her with a playful glare.
Beth pouts, tears glistening in her eyes.
“But I want coffee, so much.”
“You can have me. Aren't I tastier than coffee?” I ask, in hopes to take her mind off of her favorite poison. Since she is carrying our first child, coffee is off the table, as well as a plethora of other things she could not take until after delivery.
“Promise?” She smirks.
“Cross my heart,” I tell her, squirming when she gives me a sultry smile.
“Don't be naughty,” I warn. “Or else, we'll never leave.”
“Isn't that what I want?” she says, hands naughtily creeping up my thigh.
“B-Beth please,” I stutter out, gulping a moan. “We are driving.”
“You are,” she teases seductively. “I, on the other hand, intend to drive you insane. Now and always.”
