“I sit around perfecting my lines,” I said playfully before planting a kiss on his throat and letting go of my hold. “All that free time.”

“Like you’ve got nothing else to do.” Dane wrapped his arms around my waist. “I’m glad you’re home.”

“I’m glad I had you to come home to.” I ran my fingers through his hair, and he leaned his head against my stomach.

After punishing his ass both inside and out, I kept things light so he would feel secure. We had skated around orgasm denial in the past, but never explored it. Besides, if he and Tiana had sex as much as she hinted at, then he’d already been well sated. As I said to Tiana earlier, today had been rough for all of us. She was in real danger which put Dane and I in a significant amount of it as well. There were patrols as Jesse had assured me, but things were serious.

Hopefully, I could balance at least the relationship part while things settled down because both Tiana and Dane jumped headfirst into one. What he may not have told Tiana was that we were a package deal. Buy one get one or whatever silly phrase he could think of.

I was going to have my hands full.

Chapter 10

Tiana

I woke up and stretched my arms over my head.

Where am I?

Still groggy from sleep, it took me a few seconds to shake away the fog.

I was at Dane’s house.

After couch surfing for the last year, it seemed like I would be accustomed to finding myself in unfamiliar surroundings. As I rose from bed, I thought about what Tanner said last night.

He loved me. He wanted to be with me.

Two boyfriends, the men that I’d loved all my life.

And Jesse had mentioned another sort of dynamic. Needing to appease my curiosity, I’d searched for dynamics on the internet yesterday afternoon adding the search term ‘Little’. Jesse might have meant being in a disciplinary role without any sort of sexual stuff similar to when we were in college. Sure, we made out at parties, but so did everyone. I hadn’t mistaken drunken party games for the start of some romantic endeavor.

Shoot. I checked the clock on the nightstand and was shocked to see it was already ten in the morning! I never slept in so late. Sighing, I got out of bed and padded off to the bathroom. I had a feeling there was going to be a lot to talk about today.

Walking into the kitchen,I admired the gorgeous space. There was a comfortable nook with plush cushions, along with an island that had four stools. We had eaten dinner in the dining room, but I loved the comfortable spot. Spying a coffee bar decked out with syrups, I wondered if there were options for hot cocoa later. There was no oven, dishwasher, or visible appliances. I vaguely recalled Dane telling me about and showing me through a chef’s kitchen at some point, but that was a long time ago. Besides, it had been his parent’s home at the time. He owned it now and had made a few changes, though I didn’t know all of them.

“Good morning, sunshine.” Dane greeted me with a smile. “Would you like some coffee?”

“Morning.” I hugged him tightly. “Do you have French vanilla syrup?”

“Sure, I’ve got every flavor you can think of,” he said, chuckling. “Light and sweet?”

“Mm-hmm.” I sidled onto the stool next to Tanner. The hard wooden seat offered no comfort to my behind. I wasn’t as sore as I had been yesterday, but I got a reminder whenever I sat.

Tanner looped an arm around my shoulders and kissed my temple. “How’d you sleep?”

“So much better than I have in a while,” I cooed. “I feel like I can take on the world today.”

Dane handed me a huge mug of coffee topped with foamed milk and cinnamon. “I’m glad you got some rest.”

“Thank you.” I inhaled the sweet aroma and took a sip. It was delicious.

“So, here’s the thing we didn’t get into last night.” Tanner took a deep breath and let it out. “You mentioned that you and Dane are in a relationship. Correct?”

Finishing his cup, he slid the mug to Dane, who wordlessly fixed him another.Interesting.I wondered if it had to do with whatever had been going on between them last night.

“Yes,” I agreed, my gaze following Dane as he returned to the counter. “Though we mentioned the possibility, I don't think we set it in stone.”

“There was a lot going on yesterday, hot… sh-Sir.” Dane stumbled over his words. “But it was heavily implied.”
