“If I were a betting man, I’d say so. Listen Bri, tonight is going to be heavy duty. I’m happy we get to witness the ceremony. Afterwards, I want to talk about everything. I would love to have a formal collaring ceremony, kind of like a renewal of our vows, but I’m not really into all the formal rituals that we’re going to see tonight. Just watch and keep an open mind. We’ll talk about it later, okay?”
“Yes,Sir.”
Normally hearing her call him sir charged him up, but tonight he wanted to try something new.
“For tonight only, I want you to call me Master. Let’s try that on for size, shall we?”
He held his breath while he waited for Brianna’s reaction to his request. His answer came in the form of a quiet, “As you wish, Master.”
Markus’s heart expanded. He reached out to stroke his wife’s cheek gently.
“Such a good girl.”
