I slipped out of Marcello’s grasp and poked my head into the hallway. Luca left the room a few minutes ago to grab a box of cigars from his study and was on his way back.

I raised my hand and waved Luca forward. “Hurry up.”

He strolled down the hallway with his usual swagger, the wooden box tucked under his arm. “I’m coming, woman. Calm down.”

“Don’t tell your queen to calm down, Mr. Salvatore.”

Luca’s dress shoes slapped the marble floor as he approached me. Smirking, he lifted my feet off the ground and carried me into the room. “How about I spank you for talking back, Mrs. Salvatore?”

“Don’t tease me.” I flicked my tongue over his earlobe. “I could use a good spanking.”

“I’ll get the rope,” Bastian offered.

“Not now,” Luca shot back. “Save that for later.”

This wasn’t the time to think about sex. Or was it? Whenever I was with my husbands, they made it impossible not to think about all the dirty ways they claimed my body.

Luca set me down and tipped his head at the canvas I wrapped in our bedroom last night. He lay on the bed beside me with the twins’ heads rested on his chest.

It was adorable.

Daddy and his boys.

So I snapped a few pictures. I wanted the capture that moment for a future painting. My men inspired a lot of my work. And lately, the kids were popping up in a new series I had yet to reveal to the world.

I handed Marcello the painting, and he pulled me to the couch beside him. I sucked in a deep breath as he tore off the paper. His gaze shifted from the woman on the canvas, those pretty blue eyes holding mine.

A painting of me.

In my typical modern Art Deco style, I wore a sleek black dress, a string of pearls, and held a pregnancy test in my hand.

It had two blue lines.

I wrote the date at the bottom, so we would never forget this day. I started the painting a few months ago to give it to Marcello. But until this morning, I didn’t know I was pregnant.

“You’re pregnant?” Marcello’s smile lit up his handsome face. “The baby is mine?”

I nodded. “Your brothers have kept their promise.”

“I’ve been pulling out minutes before I come,” Bastian told him.

“Same,” Luca added.

Damian sat beside me and grabbed my backside. “And I’ve only been fucking her sweet ass.”

“This is your child, Marcello.”

I launched myself into his arms, and he hugged me, sniffing on my shoulder. He kept his head there until he regained his emotions. And when our gazes met, his eyes were glassy.

His fingers slipped through my hair, a smile on his handsome face. “This is number one.”

Bastian kicked his feet on the ottoman and leaned back, arms crossed over his chest. “What are you talking about?”

“Before Marcello left for his last mission, I wanted to hear something good to cheer me up. He said our first kiss was one of the best days of his life. I asked him what number one was, and he said we hadn’t reached it yet because he hadn’t gotten me pregnant.”

“Ooh, I wanna play,” Bash said with laughter in his tone. “When you told me you loved me at The Mansion. That was one of mine.”

Damian leaned over and put his arm across the back of my neck. “The day you gave me Sofia. Also the first time we had sex, and you forced me to kiss you.”
