My heart is racing in happiness at his words, I know that Fang is my mate, as I know that he loves me, but to hear what is in his heart brings tears of happiness to my eyes.
“Myst, I know that without you I would be lost. My love for you is soul deep, no matter what is happening around me, as long as I know that you are there, I am fine.” He lowers his hand over my belly, “you are giving me the most precious gift any woman can ever give her mate. I know that things won’t always be rosy, and that the life Fang lives is dangerous, but I trust him completely. Fang has given me a family, has given me love, and with him I know that I will be happy.
Sliding my arms up around his neck I bring his head down to mine, until our lips touch. My man, my love, my future!
