Damian laughed. “She’s afraid I’m going to lock her in the house until the babycomes.”
“A distinct possibility,” Colesaid.
Damian sighed. “Except she won’t have it, so I’m still figuring thatout.”
“It’ll be okay,” Cole said. “And you’re going to be a great father. Is there anything I cando?”
Damian grabbed his jacket. “Yeah, you can stay with us tonight and keep your gunhandy.”
Cole nodded. “I’m there. You know I’mthere."
