“That’s right, baby.” I place a mug in front of her. “What would you like to eat?”

Carla screwed up her face. Again, my brothers looked at me like I’d just grown a pussy on my forehead. Fuck it. I didn’t care. I’d watched my Uncle Matt serve Aunt Eve plenty of times.

“Whatever you’re having.” Madeline lifted her chin, flashing me a radiant smile.

I couldn’t resist capturing her lips in front of everyone. She didn’t hesitate to join in. In fact, she moaned against my mouth, driving me wild. I knew it was all for show, because of Carla. It pleased me how she didn’t let a kitten get to her.

Throats cleared. I noticed Track shifting on his stool.

“Fuck, Prez,” Lynx bellowed as he entered.

Madeline pulled away, face flushed, and smiled wider. “Good morning, Lynx.”

“I should say so gorgeous. You’re looking well-rested and glowing.” He gave her a slow wink.

“Glowing, maybe. Well-rested?” She snorted, thumbing my way. “With him? No. He’s like the Energizer Bunny. He just keeps going and going and going. I’ll need a vacation just to catch up on sleep.”

The guys roared with laughter. I loved how they all seemed to like her. A couple of prospects were in the back, eyes twinkling. My chest puffed up with pride. My woman. Damn, I loved the sound of it. She was winning over the guys left and right.

Boxer guffawed. “Fuck, Prez. Kept her up all night, did you?”

“Don’t let my little Angel fool you.” I crossed the kitchen with two plates filled with scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, and biscuits. I set a plate in front of Madeline and took the spot next to her. “This woman has an insatiable appetite.” I cupped the back of her head and crushed my lips to hers again. Who needed food? I was ready to take her back to bed and feast on her.

“Well… Who do we have here?” Tina sang. Justin’s daughter giggled softly.

I ended the kiss. Might as well make introductions now. “Morning Tina.” I nodded.

Raul and Justin entered next.

“Since most of the important people are here, except for Sugar and the twins, I’ll introduce this lovely lady to all of you.”

Tina smiled. “This is exciting.”

“Angel, this here is Raul, my VP, and his old lady, Tina. They’re married and have two kids.” Tina was Raul’s second wife, but I didn’t want to mention it in front of so many people. We all loved Tina. Most of us had never known Raul’s first wife Jessica, Track’s mom. She was killed in a driveby in front of the clubhouse almost twenty years ago. Her murder was why the whole property was gated and we kept an armed guard at the entrance.

“It’s nice to meet you both. I’m Madeline,” she said with a wave. “Where are your kids?”

Tina stepped around the island to get closer to Madeline. “At summer camp. Raymond is eleven, and Valerie is eight and a half.”

Emilee, Justin’s daughter followed Tina with curious eyes observing Angel. Emilee was the shy type. She and Tina were very close.

“Oh, elementary school age. I’m a kindergarten teacher at Heritage in Winters.” Madeline’s whole demeanor changed in an instant. “Are there any other kids in the club?”

The guys frowned. None of us ever wanted kids. We were one-percenters. We all lived and died for the club. Christ, were things going to change with Madeline around?

“Sadly no. I keep telling these guys to get busy having the next generation, but then their balls go into hiding.” Tina laughed as some guys grumbled. “You must like kids if you’re a teacher.”

“I adore them. Especially the young ones. They need the most nurturing and cuddles being away from their mommas.”

Damn, she really did love kids. I wouldn’t think about it right now, though. There were too many people around, and Carla was shooting daggers at my girl.

“Hi, I’m Emilee.” She extended her hand, and Madeline accepted it with a smile.

“I’m pleased to meet you, Emilee. And you are… an old lady? Kitten?”

“Oh, hell, no.” Justin stepped forward. Madeline’s eyes went wide. “This pretty girl is my daughter. Not an old lady or kitten. Christ, I’d have a heart attack if she was. I’m the club’s secretary. This guy here treating you good?” Justin jerked his chin my way.

“Well, he has a bit of a temper, but I’m sure you’re all aware of that.” Madeline smiled up at me. “I think I can handle him.”
