We changed the penthouse from a bachelor pad of dark wood, glass, and modern furniture to plush couches, serious art, and tons of pillows.

“We didn’t get to see much before you insisted on pinning me against the wall, tearing my panties off and–”

“Sin,” I say, troubled once again by my cock waking up, “you are really asking for it.”

Her soft laughter is warm against my skin. “I’ll stop. I promise. I know you want to get your workout in.”

“Thank you.” I kiss the top of her head then close my eyes, already knowing I’ll forgo breaking in my new gym for another round of hot and heavy sex…

You are your own worst enemy. Think of something else.

I clear my mind, and within seconds, my thoughts drift to all that has happened this last year.

When Sin moved from Texas to New York in January, I suggested we make my penthouse our home. Three months later, we found a decorator, obtained the necessary permits, and moved in with Gramps to wait out the renovations.

Between shuttling between two residences, my work with the Grayson Foundation, and Sin making contacts in the Manhattan art scene for her photography, we hadn’t had much time for ourselves.

And by that, I mean: closed door activities.

Why? Because I found out that Gramps has the hearing of an owl.

A week after we started living with him, I’d come from the kitchen with a … prop in my hand. Gramps, looming into the faint light from the darkest part of the hallway, could’ve doubled as a 1930s actor. Old man wore a burgundy smoking jacket, black leather slippers, and had his white hair neatly combed.

At 2AM, no less.

“What were you doing, boy?” His resting frown grew deeper as his eyes flickered down the length of me, taking in my attire of black tanks and nothing else. “All that racket in the kitchen woke me.”

I went to get ice to put on Sin. Wanted to make her bits and bobs cold so I could have the pleasure of warming them up.

Of course, I couldn’t tell him that. Instead, I lifted the glass in my hand and wiggled it. “I wanted some water.”

He peered at me in the semi-darkness. His face, half-illuminated by the solar nightlight, grew hawkish. “There’s no water in that glass. What do you need the ice for? Are you hurt?”

I bit my tongue in an effort not to laugh. Gramps saw everything.

It was because of his keen eyesight (cough-interference) that I met Sin.

Again.

For that reason, I’d kept the frustration from my expression as I assured him, we were fine.

“Well… if you say so,” he grumbled over his shoulder as he headed back into the shadows.

“What took you so long?” Sin asked as I closed the door to our temporary bedroom. Her brown hair lay over her shoulders, covering up the tits I couldn’t wait to get my hands on.

I never got to. Like a fool, I told her why I was delayed, and …from then on, sex was a no-go under Gramps’s roof.

No matter how hard I begged.

Tiffany, firmly ensconced at Thomas’s place, offered to let us use her apartment in the Village for our assignations. I politely declined. I didn’t want any broken furniture coming back to haunt me. We already had to throw away a few pieces Sin and I had damaged in our…enthusiasm.

Buying a temporary place would have been the easiest solution. Gramps nixed the idea. He insisted we stay with him. The old man would never admit it, but he liked his family around him.

And I like giving him what he wants.

Within reason.

So, with no other option for our trysts, we used hotel rooms. Choosing a different one each week, we fucked our way across Manhattan. New Jersey, too.
