I offer him a small wave, and he moves toward us.

“What’s he saying to you?” Sem asks, pulling me into his side.

Luke points a thumb at his chest. “Just asking to be the best man at your wedding.”

Sem fiddles with my earlobe. “Stop flirting with him first, and then maybe I’ll consider you over Liam.”

Luke gasps in faux shock and then smiles widely. “Fuck you, you jealous bastard. I’m not flirting with Mags. Stop being so insecure.”

Sem glowers at his brother and then puts his hand on my lower back, leading me away from him.

“I wasn’t flirting,” I tell Sem, who only shrugs.

“I know.”

“And he wasn’t flirting with me.”

Sem glances down at me. “I know.”

I stop him and then reach up, tilting his head down until his gaze meets mine.

“I can still feel you inside of me. I can still taste you. Hear you. You’ve invaded all of my senses, Sem. I don’t want anyone else but you. You have to know that.”

Sem swallows and looks away, blinking rapidly. And then picks me up and presses his mouth to mine.

“You looked so hot climbing today,” Sem says as he plays with my hair. I’m sprawled out on the mattress inside the RV. My arms feel like limp noodles, and my fingers ache from climbing only halfway up the rock face. Now I know why Sem is so muscular. He does shit like climb up entire mountains for fun. That’s no joke.

“So did you.”

“Nah, you looked like you belonged there. You were a natural. Like a little spider monkey. I knew you would be with the way you climb all over me,” Sem replies, pulling his shirt over his head and pulling me into his bare chest. I let myself stare at it for a little too long, and Sem notices because he flexes, forcing his abs to pop out.

Showoff.

“I would have never tried climbing if it wasn’t for you. So, thank you. I find myself constantly pushed out of my comfort zones when I’m with you.”

Sem presses his face into my hair. “That a bad thing?”

“Nope. Not at all. I love it.”

Sem sighs and then nibbles on my ear.

“Is there anything you can’t do?” I ask.

“Read.”

I glower up at him. “Who gives a crap about that. I can do that for you. You’re plenty talented in other ways. You draw, you can build things out of nothing with your bare hands, you can surf, scale mountains….”

He licks his way across my neck.

“…cheat death. You are like a Marvel character. Who needs Thor when I have you?”

Sem glances down at me and presses a soft kiss to the tip of my nose.

“You’re out of my league,” he mutters.

“Um, no. That’s entirely untrue. You are so far out of mine I’m holding on for dear life.”
