“I want you out of my house,” I point my finger at his face.

“You want me to leave?” he tries mocking me, which given my current mood is really fucking stupid.

“Yes, I want you to get the fuck out of my house,” I repeat.

“You really are prepared to lose everything for her, aren’t you?” Ludo laughs.

“You have no fucking idea!” I warn, gripping at his shirt and throwing him against his antique bookshelf.

“I understand perfectly, you are risking everything for her. I’ve watched you grow from a boy to a man. I’ve loved you like a son, and now I’m watching you fuck everything up.”

“You have proved that you work for my father, not for me. I want you gone by the morning.” I stare back at him hard, finally releasing him. His betrayal hurts, and the fact I can’t bring myself to put a bullet in him for it makes me aware of how weak I’ve become.
