Leo took his time kissing Amelia, lightly stroking her skin, and pulled back to whisper, “How I’ve longed to see you, to touch you.” Nuzzling his cheek against hers, he added, “I will never take the honor of having you in my arms for granted, Amelia. I see you. I respect you. I love you.”
