“This is all happening so fast, Ivor.” She stroked his cheek. “I can’t deny my attraction to you, this need I have to connect with you, but I have to give it time to settle. He smiled, showing off his dimple. “With pleasure, my lady.”
His kiss was hot and electric, and lust shot into her bloodstream. She hooked her hands behind his neck and pressed closer, her breasts squashing against his hard, broad chest.

His jaw tensed. “I respect that. And ultimately, I want you to be happy.”
“I have a feeling you’re going to make me very happy right now.” She slid the belt free.
“In the name of Merlin, you are going to be trembling with toe-curling pleasure within the next ten minutes. That’s a promise.” He swept her close, then up into the air.
“Ivor!” She laughed.
“To bed, woman, without further ado.” Then he was laying her down, his kisses spreading from her cheek, down her neck to her breasts.
