Taking the towel off the dresser, I move towards my door, realizing that it’s still broken. “They better replace that,” I say to myself as I walk into the hall. I figured after last night's activities I didn’t need to cover myself up walking through the house. They’ve officially all seen me naked and had their way with me.

“Morning, Lolli.” I look down over the banister to see Colson standing there with his hair standing in every direction.

“Morning.” I let out a yawn.

“Taking a shower?” he asks, looking at everything in my arms.

“Nope. Just figured I’d walk around with my clothes in my hand instead of wearing them.” I stick my tongue out at him.

When I turn to walk away, I run straight into something, or someone. A squeak escapes my lips as I jump backwards to see who I ran into. “Morning, sweetheart.” Mitch’s voice is deep and grumbley. Like he just woke up.

“Morning,” I repeat back. I side step around him to make my way down the hall.

“Where are you off to, little one?” I turn my head to the right to see Darrell standing in his doorway, leaning against it like he was waiting for me.

“To shower,” I say, shrugging my arms with everything in them to show him.

“You don't need that outfit today. You aren’t going to school.” Darrell smiles. “You need to stay home and rest after yesterday. Take the weekend, and then you can go back Monday. I’ve already called the school, advising them that none of you would be there. Colson included.” He raises an eyebrow at me, like he’s telling me to listen.

“Okay,” I say softly as I move past him. Turning the doorknob to the bathroom, I expect Dash to say something. When I turn my head to look, he’s not there. I shrug and continue into the bathroom to take my shower.

I feel different, like I belong now. Before I couldn’t wait to leave. But now, I couldn’t imagine being away from them. My Alphas. My protectors. My lovers.

I turn the water on in the shower, turning it all the way on hot. I need a hot shower to relieve my sore muscles. I let out a sigh as I feel the heat of the shower throughout the entire bathroom. When I set my stuff on the counter, I see a shadow in my peripheral. I turn, grabbing the first thing my fingers find, holding it up as a weapon.

“You really gonna attack me with toothpaste?” Dash asks, standing in the darkest corner in the bathroom. I look at my hand and shrug, throwing it at him as hard as I can.

He catches it, letting out a growl. “Why do you have your school clothes?” He steps closer, closing the gap between us.

“Obviously I thought I was going to school. Don’t worry, Darrell already said I wasn’t.” I take the shower curtain in my hand, getting ready to step in.

“As long as you are aware that you don’t do anything without us knowing, then we will all be fine. The second you step out of line, it could cause rifts in the ranks. You have four Alpha men, all of whom would slaughter the world to keep you safe. Please don’t make us fight each other.” I watch Dash’s face. He’s serious. Asking me to behave.

“Dash, if there’s one thing you’ve ever learned about me in all these years, it should be that I fuck up. I do things without thinking, and in the heat of the moment.” I roll my eyes at him. “We’ll just have to sort it out.” I climb into the shower, feeling the hot as fuck water burn my skin. I flip the knob quickly, trying to cool it down just a bit.

There’s a cool breeze on my back. I turn to see Dash has decided I need a shower buddy. “Dash.”

“Shut the fuck up.” Dash grabs me by the throat, pulling me into him. His other hand wraps around the small of my back. “I need you to listen, Ronni. Things are going to be different. The others, they’ll fight for your attention. Challenge Darrell. Fuck, I might even do that.” He pauses looking down at my lips as he pushes my chin up. My breath is heavy as I pant in his arms. “I will do everything I can to keep you safe, but there are other Alphas around town. You’ve been claimed, but that won’t stop them from trying to take you from us. Not to mention, people could start suspecting things if we’re always together.”

“We’re siblings. We’re meant to be seen together,” I remind him.

“I’ve never seen you as my sister. Yes, we were raised together, but it’s always been my plan to be with you. As you got older, the others started taking it seriously. But, it’s always been me, Ronni. I’ve always been in your corner, keeping an eye on you, protecting you from afar.” He presses his lips to mine, taking my breath away. Pulling my soul through my lips, sucking the life out of me.

He breaks the kiss and presses his forehead to mine. “Don’t make waves,” he says quietly.

I nod softly. “Okay,” I murmur. He releases me, then turns around, picking up my soap and a washcloth. I watch him lather the soap. “I can wash myself,” I tell him, holding my hand out to do it myself.

“I want to wash you,” he says, lifting the wash cloth to my breast.

“I miss my other soap,” I say softly as his hands trace the curve of my body.

“What was it, and I’ll get it for you,” Dash says, lathering my body. I watch him, as he carefully washes me, taking his time to ensure I’m clean.

I let out a slow breath. “It was a blue bottle that said something about Omega. I’m not sure. Mom got to get it for me.” Dash’s hand stops moving. He stands up straight and looks at me like I just spoke some forbidden words to him. “What?” I ask confused.

“Are you sure that was the soap?” He drops the wash cloth to the bottom of the tub.

“Yeah, I have one of the bottles under the sink so I can try to find it again.” Dash gets out of the shower covered in my soap and dripping water everywhere. I pull the curtain open to watch him search under the sink.
