Page 43 of Demanding Husband

Paige’s eyes drifted down to the wet patch on the shirt, growing ever bigger. She longed to lick the tip, wishing for nothing more than to take his giant cock in her mouth and taste the saltiness of his cum rushing down her throat.

Without another word, Vince slammed the hotel door shut. Paige’s shoulders slumped and she sighed, feeling rejected and dejected. With her head hanging low, she made her way down to the hotel bar. If she couldn’t spend time with Vince, she would have to make do with his friend.

As she walked, she imagined what his friend would look like. He was obviously attractive since Vince was. Attractive people only hung out with other attractive people. Her heart felt a little lighter thinking about that. She wondered if Dino was as muscled, or as strong, or as demanding and aggressive. She hoped so. All she wanted was a strong man to take control of her and tell her exactly what to do. She wanted to be dominated and controlled in every aspect of her life.

The hotel bar was mostly empty. It was a little before six in the evening, far too early for most people to start partying.

At the very back of the room, a man sat hunched over the bar. He had slightly tanned skin and dark hair. As she approached him, she saw his large, hooked nose and stubbled chin.

Paige felt the disappointment rushing through her—he wasn’t anything like Vince.

She tilted her head to the side and looked him up and down. He wasn’t out of shape or unattractive, but he wasn’t what she wanted. There was only one man that could fill that hole and he was already spoken for. Twice.

Paige sat at the bar and waited, waving away the bartender when he came over to offer her a drink. As far as she could see, she had two options: she could try and salvage the evening and have a nice time with Dino, or she could run back to her hotel room.

Paige didn’t want to go back to her room alone. There she would have to face her thoughts and memories. She wasn’t ready for that. She glanced over at Dino, watching as he sipped at the dark liquid in his glass tumbler.

I guess I’m partying, she thought sadly. Paige slipped off the chair and made her way over to Dino, walking slowly to try and calm her beating heart.

He looked over as she came closer, frowning.

“Are you Dino?” she asked.

He nodded in reply.

“I’m Claire’s friend,” she said. “Vince told me you’d be down here.”

His eyes lit up. He turned in his chair and leaned back, draping his arm over the backrest. His right eyebrow raised up his forehead, causing his skin to wrinkle. “Is that so?” he asked, smiling.

“Yes.” Paige wasn’t sure what Dino was getting at. All she wanted was a distraction from her own thoughts, to spend some time having fun with a stranger.

“Well, aren’t I lucky?” Dino threw his drink back and slammed the glass against the table, then waved the bartender down and paid his tab with a wad of cash.

Seeing the contents of his wallet made Paige feel a little better. There was plenty of money in there for a good time, and that was only his cash. Nobody carried around the entire contents of their bank accounts. Paige forced a smile on her lips, realizing that Dino could pay for a very enjoyable night for them both.

“I know a great little club just down the road,” Dino told her.

Paige let him take hold of her hand and lead her out of the hotel. He was the key to her forgetting everything that had happened to her. She would be able to let her hair down and do something for herself for once.

When they got to the club, the music was pumping. The bass rumbled through Paige’s rib cage. Dino pulled her through the club and into a private booth at the back. The table had a pole embedded into the middle with enough space for a private dancer to entertain them. It didn’t take long for one to show up. A dancer in a shimmering bikini climbed onto the table in front of them.

“Do you want her gone?” Dino asked, shouting into Paige’s ear over the sound of the thumping music.

Paige shook her head. She didn’t care. All she wanted was a drink. I wouldn’t mind Vince being here, either, she thought.

Dino waved over a server and asked for a bottle of vodka and two shot glasses. The server came back immediately, placing the bottle and glasses on the table, right between the dancer’s legs. Dino snatched up the bottle and began pouring shots. Paige threw them back as he poured them, one after the other.

It didn’t take long for the edges of her vision to blur. Finally, she thought, leaning back into the plastic chair of the booth, finally, everything feels better. The whole world felt distant and unreal, just the way she wanted it.

Paige let her head fall back against the booth as her eyes glazed over. The dancer was still standing in the middle of the table, grinding her butt against the metallic pole. Dino was craning his neck up to watch her, occasionally standing up to slip notes into her tiny silver thong. Paige ignored him as much as she could, instead choosing to focus on the drunk feeling washing over her.

The hours quickly passed her by as she watched Dino wasting his money on the dancer. Only when his wallet was emptied did he turn to Paige and offer to take her back to the hotel. She could only bring herself to nod in agreement, and even that seemed a little too difficult. Her head was swimming and the whole club was spinning around her. Dino held onto her as he brought her back to the hotel, supporting most of her weight. Paige could barely keep her eyes open.

“Come on,” Dino said, tugging on Paige’s arm. “We’re at my hotel room.”

The words cut through the haze in her mind. “Your hotel room?”

“Yes,” Dino said. “I’m going to fuck you.”
