“I wouldn’t tell Zeke Callahan any of this.”
Shane chuckled. “Wasn’t planning on it.”
“Dianna is pretty good at this therapy business. She’ll be a good resource for Grace if things get difficult.”
“Truer words, my friend. Truer words.” Shane peeked in Dianna’s direction. “You got a good one. You’re a lucky man.”
“I couldn’t say it better myself.”
At that moment, Dianna gave him a dazzling smile, then started running toward Tristan, holding Mathew’s hand. Before he knew it, they were both tackling him to the ground in a snowy hug. And he knew without a doubt that his son’s Christmas wish had come true. Mathew has a mom who cares. And he has the most beautiful woman he’s ever seen… by his side for life. It was going to be a good year indeed.
