“The chair?” Callie blinks at him in confusion.

“Yup. It’s going to be Conor’s Christmas present.”

“You can’t have my chair,” Callie laughs softly.

“I’m gonna need it,” Liam replies. “I’ll have a replacement one sent within the hour and then if you let me know where to get the purple one from, I’ll have it here as soon as possible.”

“But that’s not possible. It was custom made. The designer doesn’t make them any longer. It cost me fifteen thousand dollars.”

“I’ll give you fifty thousand for it,” Liam offers and I suppress a grin. That chair is from a chain store and they still sell them now.

“But it was a family heirloom,” she adds.

Liam frowns at her. “But you just said…”

Callie and I burst out laughing at the same time and Liam shakes his head.

“You can take the chair. But yes I want a new one. Jessie knows where to buy them,” Callie says with a giggle as she wanders out of the room.

Liam turns and trains his gaze on me. “You know where to buy them?”

I chew on my lip, trying to look sweet and adorable. “Yeah,” I whisper.

He crosses the room in two strides, pulling me into his arms. “If I was into spanking…” he breathes, brushing my hair behind my ear. “Your pretty ass would be red by the time we left here.”

“You’ve spanked me plenty of times,” I remind him.

“A slap on the ass is not a spanking, baby,” he growls, making a shiver skitter along my spine.

“I would love a spanking from you.”

He narrows his eyes at me. “Haven’t you had enough fun for one afternoon?”

“Not nearly enough,” I whisper and he laughs softly.

JESSIE

Two days before Christmas

Iadjust my green and gold mask and take a deep breath as I grip the door handle. Looking down at the deep emerald green material of my dress, I blink back an unexpected tear. I have never been to a ball before. I’ve never worn a dress as exquisite as this one. Even my wedding dress was simple. This is made of the softest velvet I have ever felt — softer than a baby’s skin. It’s strapless and studded with Swarovski crystals all along the split up my thigh, which is so high it’s almost indecent. They sparkle every time I move.

I feel like a princess.

I can’t even imagine what it cost because Callie wouldn’t tell me and my husbands insisted on paying for it. I hope they love it as much as I do.

I walk out of the bedroom and the four of them are standing in the hallway in their matching tuxedos waiting for me. It’s a good thing I’m not wearing panties because they would have just burst into flames.

“Fuck, baby,” Liam says with a low whistle.

“That dress is hot, Red,” Mikey says as he walks straight over to me and slides his hands around my waist.

“You look beautiful, Mrs. Ryan,” Chester says and I realize I hadn’t even noticed him standing in the hallway too. I was too mesmerized by the four hot devils in the finest suits I have ever seen.

Chester is the brother’s longest serving and most trusted employee, and along with his wife, Rosie, he is our babysitter for the evening. There is also a team of four ex Navy SEALS in the basement making sure that nobody can get to the apartment.

“What did you say?” Conor growls as he glares at Chester.
