“I know, but I want to pamper you. Plus, it’s time to open our Christmas presents.”

“There’s more?”

Earlier we exchanged presents with his parents, Ainsley, Mason, Jacob, and Pria. Each one of them gifted me something. Chris and Gabe gifted me a kit of essential oils, a kit of semi-precious rocks to create jewelry, and a pair of earrings that matched the ones they gave Ainsley and Pria. “For their girls,” they said.

Ainsley and Mason gifted me a kit to make candles. Pria and Jacob gifted me a kit to make soaps. Candles and soaps are something I’ve wanted to dip my toes into but haven’t done yet. The fact that Ainsley and Pria remembered meant a lot to me. Arthur Bradley gifted me a pair of butterfly earrings. He’s such a thoughtful man. It’s sad that his wife couldn’t join us, but I’m glad I was able to spend more time with him.

Maybe soon I’ll be able to ask him about my parents.

“Of course there’s more,” Matt murmurs in my ear. “We couldn’t end the day without giving you a special present.”

“An all-nighter?” I give him a peck.

“That’s a bonus.” Matt wiggles his eyebrows. “There better be some kind of compensation.”

He knocks on the door, and when it opens, the entire house is filled with candles. There’s a new grand piano in the middle of the living room. That explains why Tristan, Chris, and Matt disappeared for a couple hours today.

“But you’re a drummer,” I whisper in his ear as I try to hold back the tears.

“Yeah. Still, you love when I play the piano, Butterfly, and I can do that right before we head to our room to end our night,” he murmurs back.

Matt places me on the couch, taking a seat beside me. Tristan stands near the Christmas tree holding a small box.

“We give you this as a symbol of our love, a representation of the three of us,” Tristan says, sitting down beside me and handing it to me. “You gave us the idea, but we added to the design.”

I rip apart the wrapping, snap open the red box, and find a silver pendant in the form of a triquetra. Two tiny keys joined by a circle where the triquetra symbol is. The symbol has a butterfly in the middle, and her wings are adorned with small diamonds.

“You are the key to our hearts,” Matt explains, then pulls out the triquetra pendant I made him when we started dating. “The butterfly… that’s you. The diamonds represent the light you bring to our lives.”

I look at the pendant, then my bracelet that reads: believe, dream, love, and has the infinity sign. My heart flutters, and my chest swells with this big love I have for them. A love made possible by letting myself believe, dream, and of course love.

Living fearlessly brought me here—to them. I still can’t comprehend how I found them, fell in love, and handed them my heart as if they’re the rightful owners.

“I… I love you,” I finally speak, trailing my fingers over Matt’s cheek and placing a peck on it.

“Both.” I turn to find Coop.

He places his mouth on my neck, his hand reaches my waist, and he pulls me to him.

“I love you, babe. Never doubt it.” Coop kisses my throat. His mouth slides to my cleavage, and he sucks on my nipples.

Matt takes the box out of my hand, and in a matter of seconds, he places the pendant around my neck. He grasps the zipper of my dress, and as he pulls it down, his tongue traces the line of skin that starts to show.

“How do you want us tonight, Thea?” Matt’s voice is muffled by my skin. “Do you want to be in the middle?”

“Yes,” I say with a breathy voice I can’t recognize. Being touched by both men takes away all my coherence.

“Lean back,” Matt orders, peeling down the rest of the dress until it reaches the floor.

I never fail to notice that he takes command of everything, even our lovemaking. His hands caress my skin as they climb my leg. Coop copies his movement, and when his hands reach my knees, they part my thighs.

A soft moan escapes me as their hands meet in the middle. Matt’s mouth takes my right breast as Coop takes the left. Matt’s calloused hand caresses my bud in small, gentle circles while Coop’s fingers thrust inside me.

“Don’t come yet, Butterfly,” Matt instructs. “This is about resistance. We’re going to be here all night. The prelude to present number three.” His mouth runs up my neck and to my earlobe. “We’re heading to a tropical private island to celebrate the New Year. Merry Christmas.”

His mouth slides across my body and meets Coop’s. Their mouths crash, moving fast, as fast as their fingers do inside me and around my swollen flesh. Watching them quickens my breathing, my heart pounding faster, making my chest heave. I can’t hold out any longer. They take me to my peak, and I explode the moment one of them thrusts their finger inside my second hole.

I have my doubts I’ll survive the night, but what a way to go.
