I nod because I need something to help me out here. I am so out of my element it’s concerning. I should be running away, and yet, I feel glued to his gaudy pleather couch.
“Good. You look like you need it,” he says and then saunters back over, handing me a glass half full of whiskey.
“Now, let me clear something up,” he says, taking a long-drawn-out sip.
I do the same, feeling the liquid warm my insides as it moves down my throat.

I take another large gulp. “Anything else?” I ask because this guy doesn’t mince words. I hate it and I sort of like it. I always know what he’s thinking or feeling. I never have to guess. Growing up the way I did, there was so much guessing with people and I was always sort of shit at reading between the lines. It was exhausting. So Lex is like a breath of fresh air.
He mulls it over and then nods. “And as I’ve said before, you’ll take Brenda away from me over my dead body. She’s an important part of my life and I won’t be walking away from her. Ever. I’m not stealing money from her. It’s insulting that you think that.”
Truthfully, I’d eyed her accounts when I’d gotten to the office after brunch. They were intact. I wasn’t quite sure if he really was sincere or was playing the long game here. But only time will tell, and right now, I wanted time to move faster so I could get to the good stuff.
We both know the real reason I’m here.
“Okay. Are you done now?” I ask, wanting to just get on with it. I’m squirming.
“Yes. I think I got it all out. Now, lesson one, I’m going to shove my tongue down your throat and you’re going to reciprocate.”

I throw back the remaining whiskey, feeling slightly buzzed, and turn toward him, my suit jacket still over my crotch. It’s not doing a very good job of hiding anything. My dick looks like Mt. Rainier through all that fabric.

Lex sets his half-finished drink down on the table and then saunters toward me, stopping inches away, his flat stomach and light dusting of hair below his belly button on display right in front of my face. He grabs onto my jacket and whips it away from me and then smirks when he sees the sizable bulge in my pants.
“Still excited, isn’t he?” he says, straddling my thighs and plopping down on my lap, purposefully sliding against my hard length and eliciting a soft moan from me.
“Apparently,” I manage to say, my trembling hands curled into fists at my sides
Lex reaches down and grabs onto each of them, bringing them between us. He pries my fingers open and then plants them right on his ass.

I let out a ragged breath.
