He clears his throat but doesn’t say anything. Ah, my silent William, always thinking but never actually speaking. I want to crawl inside his head and listen.

“Carry on, love. I’ll wait,” I say, and then throw him a sassy wink.

He swallows and pulls his pants up, buckling his belt. Then he sits in his large leather seat, like some kind of king.

I’ll gladly be his servant.

I imagine doing dirty things with that calculator.

I can get quite creative.

He fiddles around with his keyboard and speaks to Jason over the phone for a minute and then he’s standing up.

“Ready.”

“Oh, so am I. So am I.”

CHAPTERSEVEN

WILLIAM

Icannot believe he talked me into this.

I sigh. Yes, yes, I can actually believe it. I amweakwhen it comes to him, and the things he does with his lips and tongue.

When he’d swallowed me down his throat, his tongue ring grinding against my length, I’d nearly passed out while I was on the phone with a very important client.

I’m going to lose business because of this man.

He’s going to be the end of me.

But there is no way I am going to be able to get on with my life without him in it. The past two days have been torture.

My only saving grace is the fact that I knew he was watching.

It was total foreplay for me. I’d sit at my desk and jack off to thoughts of him in his room, enjoying the show.

I am a sick, perverted man, and I’ve made peace with it.

When I finish with work, Lex follows me to my apartment so I can grab a change of clothes. As much as I know I shouldn’t spend the night with him, I’m going to do it anyways. He’s temptation personified. I’m defenseless against it.

“Your apartment is not what I expected,” Lex says, driving me across town to his place.

He’d convinced me to leave my car parked in the garage by kissing me senseless. I just nodded and followed him blindly to his car.

“I’m a simple guy.”

“You are not at all what I expected.”

I eye him and shift in my seat. The car smells like him, tobacco and sage with a hint of sweetness, and I’m a little heady from it.

“What did you expect?” I ask, so very curious.

Lex grips the steering wheel with one hand and looks over at me.

“I don’t know, but I didn’t expect a virgin accountant who lives in squalor.”

My eyebrows meet. “I don’t live in squalor.”
