I can’t stop repeating myself and my entire body explodes in a violent orgasm. I pound the bed below me, bucking and thrashing to the point where I nearly throw Bogdan off. But he has my hips and isn’t letting me go anywhere.

With a huge groan, he drives inside me one more time and holds himself, his orgasm pulsing in my ass. He shudders for what seems like several minutes and, strangely, I come again. When he stops and has caught his breath, he pulls out and gets me a towel from his bathroom.

After I’ve cleaned up, I pull my white bikini back on. With a slightly sore bottom, I head to the bow of the boat to read and get a little sun, feeling like the sexy goddess that I am. But before I do, I check on the puppy, still sleeping in her dog bed under the watchful eye of the crew. I kiss her little head and she looks up at me, yawns, and goes right back to sleep.

She’s got me wrapped around her finger already.

I hope to do the same with the guys.

“So, you know nothing about what your father does?”

I look up from my book and find the guys have joined me, casually sitting around the bow in their board shorts and sunglasses. I take a quick glance at Bogdan and wonder if he’s thinking about what he just did to my ass.

“Fedor, I told you what he does,” I say with a sigh.

How many times have we gone over this?

I turn back to my book in defiance, but they wait for me to answer.

I sigh again. Loudly. “He has a trucking company. He has contracts with large companies that ship a lot of stuff. He’s also getting into the public sector. You know, delivering shipments for state and federal governments. I’m going to work for him after I finish college.”

I go back to my book like it’s the end of the conversation. But I know better.

I see Bogdan’s amused, mocking expression out of the corner of my eye, which chafes the hell out of me. Fine. He knows something I don’t. Whatever.

“What?”I snap.

“Well, what you should know, pretty girl,” he says, tucking a long curl behind my ear, “is that we are competing for the same contracts as your father. In order to keep things fair—you know, give everyone a chance at the opportunities—we each have our own territory. Your dad, though… has turned out to be a greedy man, overstepping his bounds. Unfortunately, he’s done this many times over the years. And now he’s gone too far.”

I sigh and flip to my back, adjusting the sunglasses and hat the guys got me to shade my face. I’m aware all eyes are on me and my skimpy bikini. I can’t lie. I kind of like it. It’s powerful. I’ve never felt sexy before.

Do I believe the guys about my dad? Well, he’s an ambitious business man. I know on more than one occasion he’s bulldozed people who got in his way. He brags about stuff like that to me, egocentric as he is. But I never dreamed he was either working with criminals, or doing anything as stupid as crossing them.

So maybe Dad did fuck up, without really understanding the consequences. But it’s probably just a misunderstanding. He’ll straighten it all out, I am sure.

“Usually we have a nice, calm conversation with your father, but lately, he’s not cooperating. When that happens, we resort to more drastic… measures.”

Like kidnapping a man’s daughter? Is that really the only option?

“Well, when he found out you had kidnapped me, what did he say? I mean, I’m sure he’ll do whatever it takes to get me home. Right?”

Instead of answering, they keep peppering me with questions.

“Where’s your mom?” Ilya asks.

I scoff. Like they don’t know.

I may be new to hanging out with criminals, but I am pretty sure people like these guys knew everything about my family before they decided to ‘negotiate’ with my dad. I wouldn’t think they’d leave much to chance, preferring to know what they’re getting into, as well as the strengths and weaknesses of their adversaries.

But I’ll humor them with conversation. For a while, at least.

“Mom took off a long time ago. She didn’t want us anymore. She didn’t want Dad and me. She didn’t want to be part of a family.”

Cripes, after all these years, it still hurts to sayfamily.

“Where is she now?” Bogdan asks.

I shrug. “Dunno.”
