The more time I spent with you, I knew I could never again let you be.

My love for you is infinite, I will cherish you for the rest of my life.

Please do me the honour, of becoming my wife?”

“I do.” Bella sobs and I take her body in my arms, pressing her lips into mine.

I am the happiest man alive.

We sign the register and have a few photos taken.

“Where to now Wife?” I say as I open the door to the Bentley.

“Take me home, Husband.” So I do.

It’s Tuesday, my happy bubble, is well and truly burst. I’m out with a client when Mike calls.

“Boss, another delivery arrived for Bella today. A pig’s head with its eyes removed.” How is this guy outsmarting us.

“It is a completely different person doing the delivery every time. The order is always made with a different mobile number that is not linked to anyone. The only thing we know is when the orders are made, the phones are always in London, within about a 5 miles radius.”

“And Bella is unaware?”

“Yes. The delivery was intercepted at the hotel door.”

“Keep me posted.”

Once I have finished with my client I go to salon and work from my office there. I want to check on my wife. I hear her before I see her, chatting away to one of her clients.

“Speak of the devil.” She says as I walk over and give her a kiss on the cheek.

“I thought my ears were burning.”

Bella introduces me to her client, an older lady who seems to care for Bella a lot. Once Bella has finished her clients for the day, we leave everyone to close up and I take Bella home.

“I have enrolled for the pregnancy yoga, I start on Thursday.”

I was hoping to go along with her, but I have a meeting a can’t get out of on Thursday.

“That’s wonderful, Frank will drive you.”

“I’m sure I won’t need protection from a bunch of down-dogging pregnant ladies.” Bella laughs. Thankfully Bella isn’t aware of the threatening deliveries, and that’s how I intend it to stay.

“Well, just for my peace of mind. At least for the first couple of weeks.”

“Ok” Bella says as she rolls her eyes.

Bella

Thursday soon came around.

“Today we have a new member, her name is Bella.”

“Hi Bella.” The group says simultaneously. I take a seat on one of the free mats.

We start by doing a warm-up, our first yoga pose is something called the cat-cow stretch. Which apparently is “a gentle way to wake up your spine and helps get the baby in the best position.” I used to do yoga years ago, so I am familiar with a lot of the poses and stretches, but there are a few that I haven’t heard of before. The animal names still make me giggle.
