After his long talk, Lone Wolf felt better, and he gathered the elders of the tribe together. "My father is very sick, he will not get
well. We have spoken, and he wants me to elect a council to govern our people with our own laws now. So, I gather you together to discuss this and to discuss the many laws that must be made."
