She smiled, "Are you sure?"

"You ask me that after a night of heaven in your arms?" He came to kiss her sweet lips. "We're together now. There's no going back. You and I belong together. Your mine, and I won't let you go."

"I'm not going anywhere, except in the kitchen to make breakfast." She smiled.

He pulled her off the bed, into his arms and planted a more than amorous kiss to her lips, pulling her body flush against his. Suddenly, he entered her, he couldn't seem to stop himself, the desire was in his eyes, bringing her sweet little bottom up so she fit against him. She moaned and threw back her head, her legs curling around his.

She reached for him; her body eager to mate.

He suddenly laid her on top of the bed and for long moments the only sounds were their moans of love.

"It's hard to let you go, even to the kitchen this morning, without loving you first." He whispered. "That was the nicest wake up I've ever had."

She smiled against his lips. She raised up and rode him now, her hair falling in a beautiful cascade over her shoulders. He met her every move, and he fondled her breast as the orgasm washed over them quickly. The picture she made, when she raised her hands to his hair and pulled it as the orgasm enraptured her. He came up to kiss her lips and held himself deep inside her, it made him shake his head with happiness. "You are so beautiful in the throes of passion."

His kisses took on a passion of their own, and she wrapped her arms around him, losing herself to the pleasures of love.

As the orgasm subsided, she clung to him, kissing his magnificent shoulders, burying herself against his neck. "I love you so."

It was a few minutes before they calmed and just cuddled into each other.

"I don’t want to leave you, but I've got to fix breakfast. And this time I mean it. The boys will all be waiting." She whispered.

"I know, sweetheart, and I've got work to do." He told her.

"Lance," she called as he got up. "Am I wicked."

He came to kiss her once more, "No, you're just in love, like me." He smiled.

"I am, aren't I? I've never been in love."

"Neither have I, until now."

Satisfied, she went to the powder room which was through a door of his bedroom and washed up, then put her clothes on and went to fix breakfast.

She fixed bacon and eggs, with speckled gravy and biscuits. The men smelled the bacon and came in anxious to eat.

Lance came down the hall minutes later, smiling.

The men seemed to notice his mood and smiled.

But no one said a word.

Chapter Sixteen

That same morning, he rode back to the house and told her to get ready they were going to get their picture made.

"But don't you have to work?"

"No, I got the boys all going, they are finishing the last of the branding. Tomorrow we'll make sure everything is secure around here and then we'll get the herds together. But I want that picture of you, so get your beautiful dress on."

She nodded.

When she came back in the kitchen, she saw him standing there in his beautiful blue suit with a bolero tie and white shirt and swooned. "I have a very handsome husband." She snickered.

"God," he sighed staring at her. "You look the same as that day I first saw you. So damned beautiful."

She smiled again.
