Not once in the time they were together had she ever sucked him off, she’d been far too shy about it and he’d loved her far too much to push for it. His breathing tightened as his balls drew up, her mouth too much to resist, and he spewed, choking her with the fast spray.

He pulled her up against him, kissing her despite the mess of her face, thankful for it as it soothed the worst of his jealousy. She was way too novice at it for it to blind him, keeping him from doing anything rash—like pushing her into the wall and taking her again when she wasn’t ready.

Stacey closed her eyes and wondered what she was going to do with herself once Jake left. She still loved him, there was no denying that, but could she risk everything she’d built for herself on the off chance that he felt the same way about her? Her heart said yes but her head, the thing she’d been following for years now, was saying no way.

She sighed disturbing the bubbles of the bath Jake had run for her after she had demonstrated her skills. The water was beginning to cool and as if there were an unheard cue Jake walked in holding a towel open for her.

She smiled and stood up, for the first time in her life, completely content in her nakedness. He wrapped the towel around her and lifted her out of the tub, drying her feet with the ends of the extra material. He carried her back to the bed and sat her down discarding the towel before pulling his old t-shirt over her head surprising her. He crawled onto the mattress and held out his hand to her.

She placed hers in it and he pulled her up next to him, kissing her mouth, chin, nose, cheeks, and forehead before turning her to rest in the crook of his arms her bottom snuggled against his hardness, but when she wiggled slightly against him, he stilled her.

“Later,” he whispered, “right now I just want to hold you.”

Her resolve crumbled but she didn’t care, and almost instantly she slid back to sleep.

Jake watched her breathing even out and he pulled away just enough to reach the phone. He rang down to the front desk to extend the reservation on the room telling them to bill it along with his empty one to his credit card as a wedding gift and then wrapped his arms around the sleeping woman who’d stolen his heart eleven years earlier.

Stacey whimpered in her sleep, and he whispered softly to her kissing her hair, “It’s alright baby, whatever it is, it’s alright.”

In her sleep she cried out, “Don’t leave me.”

“Never,” he said meaning it. “I’ll never leave you again.”

He’d made the decision to walk away eight years ago but somehow, he’d find a way to show her that he was her forever, vowing to make her fall in love with him again. She moaned but he knew the difference with this one, this moan was from pleasure, not pain, and it gave him an idea. She may not love him anymore, but she was still attracted to him sexually.

“Hell, marriages have been started on less,” he said to himself, and began plotting all the ways to please her until she finally fell at his feet, begging him to love her. “Play it cool, Jake and she’ll never know what hit her.”

“Morning sleepyhead, or should I say evening?” Jake laughed, looking up from his computer hearing the smallest of sounds coming from the bed.

Stacey couldn’t think of anything to say, she’d never been in the position of trying to let someone down after a night of fabulous sex, and she had no clue where to start.

Jake watched her mind whirling through all of the possible excuses she could come up with to get out of the room and away from him, but he wasn’t going to let her slip out unnoticed. He stood up and walked over to the bed, “Cat got your tongue?”

“No,” she said avoiding eye contact. “What time is it?”

“A little after five. You’ve been asleep for eight hours, which isn’t surprising after our night, but you must be starving, I know I am.”

“A bit,” she admitted hoping he’d offer to go get something so she could leave. “Wait did you say it’s after five? I was supposed to have everything out of here by noon.”

“Don’t worry I took care of it,” he assured her.

“Emma paid for the room, and I can’t just let them continue to bill her card.”

“Cee, I took care of it; I transferred both nights to mine. I’m not going to make Emma pay for something she didn’t use, especially when it was so enjoyable for me,” he said with a familiar gleam in his eyes.

Stacey felt the blush and looked away. it was impossible to figure out what to do in this situation. Sure, it wasn’t the first time she’d slept with Jake, but it was the first time when they weren’t a couple. She threw back the covers and slid out of the bed attempting to walk around him but his light touch stopped her.

“I need to use the bathroom,” she said finally meeting his gaze.

Jake smiled allowing her to pass by; he walked over to the desk and picked up the room service menu flipping through the pages. He was sitting back at his computer when she came out, “Room service or a restaurant?”

“Hmm?” she asked discretely looking for her clothes; she spotted her underwear near the edge of the bed and bent down to pick them up.

“Would you like to order room service or go out to a restaurant?” he asked her again, knowing she wasn’t aware of the wonderful view she was presenting him as the hem of the t-shirt rose.
