“Thank you,” Deanna returns as she saunters over to me, then bends down to peck my lips. “I hope we’re not going to be too late.”

I chuckle, standing. “Kitten, we have a private plane. It leaves when we get there.”

“Well, I hope everyone makes it there without any problems. I mean this isourweekend. You only get married once and I want both of our families to be there,” she giggles, wrapping her arms around my neck.

Gripping her waist, I state, “Your parents, Zoe, Basil, Tahir, and Malichi are waiting on us at the airport. Everyone else are already on their way to Greece. Even little Miss Xandria will get there before we do.”

After returning to Dallas, Sabre went into labor and twenty hours later, Xandria Ismena Andino was born. To show support we all flew down after they were released from the hospital. We spent two days forming a relationship with the newest member of the Kourakos family. Leave it to GeeGee to keep anyone she suspected with germs away from the baby.

Deanna smiles, stating, “I’m just excited because this weekend I will officially become Mrs. Yiorgos Kourakos. At least we’ll have a few days for you to show me around before momma and GeeGee separate us. They say its bad luck for the groom sees the bride before the wedding.”

At the barbeque, Mother showed Deanna pictures of our family home in Greece. As, the ladies gushed over them, Deanna commented how it would be romantic to have our wedding there. Mother thought her idea was perfect, so over the last month and a half the ladies have worked diligently coordinating our wedding. Through phone calls, emails, texts, and video chats our dream wedding was planned. Now all I had to do was get my sexy bride to be on the jet.

Drawing her closer to me, I passionately kiss her. Deanna hums as I deepen the kiss, holding her tighter. I could kiss her for hours and never tire of doing it but if I don’t stop, I will strip Deanna naked right here in the living room and fuck the shit out of her.

Slowly, I pull away, resting my forehead on hers. “Since we will be staying at my parents’ estate, I’ll try my best to not sneak up to your room if they do separate us but I’m not making any promises. We have slept in the same fucking bed for the last two months; I don’t know if I’ll be able to fall asleep without you in my arms.”

“I don’t know if I’ll be able to either. If you do come to my room, we’ll just have to make sure you’re gone before everyone else wakes up.”

“Sounds like a plan to me. Now, we need to get going before our cellphones start blowing up with them asking where the hell are we,” I say, letting her go.

Deanna walks over to the table in the hallway that leads to the front door and picks up her hobo bag, then throws the strap over her shoulder.

“Come on, Mr. Kourakos. We have a flight to catch,” she says, grinning.

Strutting to her, I take her hand in mine. “Indeed, we do Mrs. Kourakos.”

We laugh walking towards the door. I open it, letting her go out first. We’re finally on our way to permanently seal the two of us together as man and wife. They say opposites attract and it couldn’t be any truer for Deanna and me. Who would’ve thought the bookworm and the ruthless Greek would come together as a power couple but here we are? It only took me moving to a different country to find her. If anyone tries to destroy what we’ve built, I hope they’re ready to go to war because I’m willing to die for mine...are they?

The End
