Even with us finding pockets of time to spend together in between all our work, it’s not enough. I want to be around him constantly.

That’s not good.

As for the sex, I’m so boned up half the time that I don’t think I’d stop him even if he threw me over a table at Killer Brew and went to town on me. That’s a big sign that I’m okay with a repeat, but every time I imagine it,he’sdoing stuff tome. His hands or his mouth—holy fuck, it’s hot. But his dick? I can’t picture it. I can’t picture touching it, let alone giving him head, and if we started something, I’d have to get comfortable with that pretty quickly. I don’t have it in me to take and not give.

“I need queer advice,” I say suddenly, raising my voice to be heard over the conversation. I’m at a DMC catch-up, but this one is smaller since it was one of those times Art jumped in the group chat and invited everyone down for drinks. All of us who are local are here though, and once Payne moved back to town, it became a five-five split between us straight guys and the queer ones, but it looks like the gay agenda is taking over, and we’re about to become the majority.

Thanks to me.

“You’ve come to the right group,” Payne says.

Griff looks lost for words. “When you say ‘advice,’ what kind of advice do you—”

“I had sex with Ford.”

Keller hides his laugh behind his glass as Art, who was heading for Barney and Marcus, pulls up with an obnoxious screech.

“This sounds like my kind of conversation,” he declares, dropping the drinks he was carrying on the bar table and climbing onto a stool. “I knew it. Men who turn down a date by saying they’re straight instead of no are always leaving that door open a teeny bit.”

“You can’t possibly know that,” Keller says.

Art shrugs. “Just speaking from experience.”

“If the experience is talking out of your ass, yes, you do that a lot.”

“Fucking A,” Art says, then turns to me. “You. Talk. None of us will say no to details.”

Payne lifts a hand. He has full-sleeve tattoos like Ford. “I’d be okay without them.”

Griff gives him the side-eye. “None of us will say no to stories about Beau either.”

Payne flips Griff off, but he’s smiling. “You have Heath now. This horniness of yours shouldn’t be an issue anymore.”

“I can’t see it ever going away.”

“At least you won’t have to invest in Viagra.” Art sits back, dopey smile on his lips. “Living the dream.”

“Really?” Payne asks skeptically. “No Viagra is the dream? Out ofeverythingelse, that’s your nirvana?”

“Hey, sometimes when you’re taking on more than one guy at a time, the little boxer gets tired.”

“Believe it or not,” I cut in before they can keep going, “Viagraisn’tthe thing I needed advice on.”

Art cocks his head. “It isn’t? So why are we talking about it, then?”

It’s like herding cats, I swear. I love these men, but staying on topic isn’t a strength of theirs. “You guys brought it up.”

“Ididn’t bring it up,” Payne points out.

“I think it’s safe to say it was all Art.” Griff smirks at him. “If it’s sex related, it’salwaysArt.”

“You’re the one who brought up Beau,” Payne throws back.

“Ingeneral. I didn’t mention anything sexual.”

“We all knew you meant it though. I thought you were going to give it a rest with teasing me about him.”

Griff holds out his hands like there’s nothing he can do. “Sometimes you just need to gamble a punch in the face.”
