Page 20 of Meeting His Match

“Thanks.” He must have told her I could come in if I stopped by.

Heath’s head lifts when I open the door, and a smile forms on his handsome face. It makes some of my resolve waver as he starts to stand.

“Can you stay in your seat?”

“No.” He laughs like I’m being ridiculous and comes right for me.

“Do you ever listen?”

“Sometimes.” He wraps his arm around my waist and bends down.

“Don’t.” I put my hand over his mouth before he can kiss me. “We need to talk.”

He pulls my hand away and shakes his head. “No,” he says again.

“Yes!”

“Why? So I can hear a list of reasons why we shouldn't be doing this? Those aren’t words I want coming from your mouth. Not when there are so many other things I want to hear you moan.”

Heat rushes to my face. “What makes you think I have a list?” He lifts a brow. “I didn’t write it out.”

“But there is still a list.”

“Well, yeah. Lists are helpful.” I raise my chin in defiance, and it only makes him smirk.

“They can be.” He kisses my chin.

“Heath.”

“I ordered lunch for us. It will be here in thirty minutes.” He lifts me off my feet.

“What are you doing?”

“What I’ve been thinking about doing since you stepped foot into my building.” He sits me down on the edge of his desk and moves between my legs.

“What’s that?” My words are barely above a whisper.

“Laying you across my desk and eating your pussy.”

“Heath!”

“There you go saying my name again. I think you’re baiting me because you really are my naughty girl.” He starts to push up my skirt, and I don’t stop him. In fact, I part my thighs.

Would it be so bad to be a little naughty? Maybe just this once.
