Sebastian says as the others guffaw.

The tempting image of a sated Blair spread before me dissipates as their resulting laughter resounds around the room.

I heave a disappointed sigh at the loss and refocus on my bachelor party for any opportunity to drink and have fun.

We’re at Jackson Smoke&Scotch Lounge Paris—one establishment owned by the Jackson family and cousins of the Steeles. It’s quickly become my favorite spot to unwind and partake of their top-shelf Scotch offerings. I rarely smoke their fine Cuban cigars, but tonight is a special occasion.

I take a long draw on it and settle back in my leather club chair. The tasting notes of the spicy, earthy, and woody flavors linger on my palate. They blend well with the smoky, dark berries flavor of the Jackson Reserve Scotch. Its trademark bite drags along the back of my tasting. Much like my delectable and tantalizing Blair.

The thought makes my mind drift again.

The lounge is near where we’re staying at STEELE Place Vendôme until we fly to Château de Blois in the morning, where Blair and her girls stay.

Blair and her traditions. First, no more sex until our wedding night. Then I couldn’t see her before the ceremony, which meant no wrapping my larger frame around her newly lush curves in an attempt at relief for my aching balls last night…

Fuuuck.

“Luc, you may be fifty. But as Leonie and Lola pegged you Le Renard Argenté, you can go toe-to-toe with any of us for a woman’s affection. Hell, you even won with… Blair!” Roger says as he shakes his head and his gray eyes sparkle with mischief. He winks at his brother.

I chuckle, remembering how jealous Sebastian was of my relationship with Lola.

The others laugh some more when Sebastian bristles.

Only after he put his ring on Lola did he loosen up a smidgen on me. Obviously, it’s still a touchy topic…

“Ha! Just fucking with you, bro,” Roger chuckles as Sebastian narrows his gray eyes.

He pauses to pin both of us with a don’t-fuck-with-them stare, then raises his glass for a toast.

“À la tienne, mes amis!” He proclaims with a smirk.

I laugh and raise my snifter high, knowing I will forever cherish Blair, the love of my life.

Enchanting.

That’s the only word to describe the sight of my precious love walking down the aisle towards me as the choir sings. With the chapel alight with tiny lights and covered in flowers as the background, she looks like a dream. An unforgettable fantasy.

It takes all my well-known self-discipline to anchor my feet to the chapel’s stone floor to prevent me from rushing to Blair and sweeping her into my arms. I want to carry her with her belly full of our twins away.

“Slow down. She’s yours forever.”

Jasper says, as he chuckles and pats me on the shoulder.

I relax a bit and watch, enthralled by my bride floating towards me on an ethereal carpet of fragrant white rose, camellia, and gardenia petals.

Through Blair’s veil, I can see her brilliant smile rivals the diamonds she wears. Our eyes lock, and the grin that spreads from one ear to the other threatens to split my face; my cheeks hurt.

Slowly, I pull my gaze from Blair to travel down her body, taking in the opulence of her regal gown.

The demure neckline can’t hide the voluptuousness of her full breasts. The rounded tops peek above the sweetheart shape, held back by sheer material. More sheer material with shimmery silver lace covers her toned arms to her wrists where her diamond bracelets glitter. Her babies bump swathed with lace before the skirt flares from her hips to the floor.

Blair’s presence captivates not only me, but our guests. Locked in an awed silence, their eyes follow her down the aisle.

Roderick pins me with an intense stare before he answers firmly, he and Tilda give this woman to be married to this man. Then he turns to Blair and embraces her.

I remember his words to Blair after I first told him about us.
