All thoughts of the past and business fade away as I feast on my wife’s sweet nectar. No distractions will keep me from making her cum again and again on my tongue, in my mouth, on my fingers and on my cock. My intense release obliterates my mind. All vestiges of fear blow away.

For now.

“Luuuc!!!”

Blair’s ferocious roar of my name in the bustling operating room of the hospital.

No sooner had the nurses settled Blair in her suite did Dr. Berger arrive with his team. An anesthesiologist, two pediatricians—one for each twin—two labor and delivery nurses, an OB tech, and a nursery nurse followed him into Blair’s suite.

They went to work in prepping her for the first stage of pregnancy, pre-labor. Dr. Berger explained in twin pregnancies, it can take up to thirteen hours for her body to be ready for the actual delivery. He expected the first twin within two hours after and the second one less than twenty minutes later.

Blair was a lot less fearful now that she was in the hospital's safety and under the doctor’s care. She may have been better prepared, but still in the throes of labor as she experienced acute contractions.

Her cheeks flushed rosy from the sensations overtaking her body. She cursed at me while her eyes glowered. Starr put her hair in one thick braid.

She and Tilda fussed over Blair as Roderick and I hovered around her bed. Soon, the rest of our family and friends arrived. Jillian, Lola, and Leonie hurried to her side, hustling Roderick and me right out of their way. Billie joined them at the foot of Blair’s bed as she massaged her feet and calves to comfort her.

Surrounded by the most important women in her life, Blair braved the pre-labor stage for just over twelve hours. Now, her ferocious side runs loose…

“Luuuc!!!”

“Oh, my God!!! Help me!!!”

She squeezes the bones in my hand.

I wince from the bite of pain but persevere. If she must go through contractions and all, I won’t wuss out and will remain by her side. I suppress the visions of Carole and focus on Blair.

At this stage, besides the medical team, Starr is the only person with us in the operating room. Dr. Berger moved Blair from her suite to here since twins can have complications during delivery. He wants to ensure all equipment and support are available with no delay.

Thank fuck since I will lose my shit if something happens to Blair or to our babies. So, God forbid, anything goes wrong. But I push the negative thoughts out and return Blair’s bone-crushing squeeze of my hand with a much gentler version to hers as I stroke her reddened cheek.

“Yes, Mon Amour? You’re so brave and strong. We are so lucky to have you—”

“Bullshiiittt!!!”

Blair snarls and swats my thumb from her face. Her eyes flash dangerously as she glares at me.

An unceasing slew of curse words follow a particularly painful contraction.

Starr turns her head. But not before I glimpse the smile on her face. Her dimples deepen as her sorrel-brown eyes dance with mirth.

Even Dr. Berger coughs to hide his laugh.

I glance around the room, and others avoid my gaze. Suddenly everyone has an important task…

“Oooh… How much more?” Blair huffs huskily. “My God!!!”

Dr. Berger peers between Blair’s legs to check. The caveman in me wants to carve his eyeballs out with a flint knife.

“One more push, Blair. You can do it. He’s almost here,” the doctor states, back to business. “Now!”

With what must be a Herculean effort, Blair delivers our first twin. Their piercing cries mingle in the tense air of the operating room.
