“You can call me crazy, say I’m moving too fast, and it’s true. But none of that changes my end goal.”

“Which is?”

“Moving in together. A big-ass wedding. Four kids. Probably a dog or two. I’m also hoping to convince Gio and Rafe to sell the inn to us somewhere down the line.”

Her eyes widened. “You’ve given this a lot of thought.”

“I have, but that’s not all. I have a lifetime of plans for us. You know what,” he said, looking around her bedroom. “Maybe we should grab a pen and paper so we can start to make a list.”

Gianna twisted, coming over Elio, her knees resting by his hips, her hands flat on his chest. “Life plans and a list?”

She shifted so that his cock, which was growing thicker by the second, rested along the length of her slit. Slowly, she slid up and down until he was rock hard and ready again.

Then, she lowered her head and kissed him. “God, I love when you talk dirty.”

Elio laughed, but it turned to a guttural moan when she reached behind herself to cup his balls.

“Is that right?” He lifted her hips, pulling her down on his erect cock. They both gasped when he was seated to the hilt again. “Well then…”

Before she could react, Elio twisted until their positions were reversed, with him on top, his lips brushing her ear. “Get ready, Freckles. Because I’ve got a hell of a list for you.”

Gianna groaned, her orgasm building quickly as Elio whispered the hottest list of sexual fantasies she’d ever heard, and that was when she realized she’d met her match.

Her perfect match.

Epilogue

Elio walked out of the stadium, grinning when he realized the whole gang had hung back to wait for him.

Gianna saw him first, and she dashed across the parking lot to hug him. Jumping up, she wrapped her legs around his waist and gave him one hell of a congratulatory kiss.

“What a great game!” she said excitedly.

Baltimore had trounced Philadelphia, four to one. As a hometown boy, he probably should have felt some guilt for the two goals he’d scored to ensure Philly went down.

But he didn’t. Because his girl had been there, watching, and he wanted to make her proud.

He wrapped his arm around her shoulders after she lowered herself back to her feet. “Nice jersey,” he said, kissing her on the cheek.

Gianna spun around for him, letting him see his name and number on her back. “I love it.”

The two of them had spent the night wrapped up in each other’s arms, and they’d had sex two more times before he’d begrudgingly dragged himself out of her bed this morning.

He’d made plans to go to his parents’ house for breakfast to tell them he was leaving hockey at the end of the season. He had toyed with the idea of pushing it off, but Gianna had insisted he go, promising she would see him later at the game.

On his way to his parents’ house, he’d called in yet another favor and had one of his jerseys delivered to her apartment for her to wear tonight. And while he loved seeing his name on her back, he wouldn’t rest until it was her name too.

Gianna was convinced he was moving too fast, but it turned out his competitiveness wasn’t restricted to the ice. He was in it to win it with her. The life plan he’d revealed to her last night. He wouldn’t stop until he had it all.

Gio slapped him on the back. “Great game. I hate to see Philly lose, but watching you skate, and score those goals. It was a thing of beauty.”

Elio looked around and realized they were missing a couple people. “Aldo and Kayden knock off after the game?”

Keeley shook her head. “They never made it at all.”

“Three-alarm fire,” Rafe added. “Sounds like a bad one. They were both at the end of their shifts, but when the call came in, they answered it.”

“It’s the Crossings Motel,” Gio said. “Rocco’s place.”
