"You know, if you need sex, I could help you out with that," he said, and I started choking as his words tried to murder me.

"What?" I asked, as my eyes watered from my lack of air, part of an egg had probably lodged itself into my lungs. He hadn't seriously just offered to have sex with me, had he?

"I know some guys, they are clean," he said, and my heart sank, of course, he didn't mean him.

"I think I'm good. I don't need my brother's best friend pimping me out to his friends," I said sharply as I snapped off a bite of crispy bacon, just like I like it.

"That isn't what it would be. They are good guys," he replied.

With a chuckle, I tossed the rest of the bacon in my mouth and chewed before I answered him. "I don't want my guys good, I want them bad, almost evil, you know, so they have no inhibitions in the sack. I want to be fucked, not made love to. That sappy shit isn't for me."

He drew in a breath and pinched the bridge of his nose like I was attempting to get on his nerves.

"Raiden, do you have any guys that would bend me over and fuck me with our clothes still half on?" I asked, just to push the idea home. He shook his head at me and averted his gray eyes.

"What the hell are you two talking about?" my brother, Ty, asked as he strolled into the room.

His hair was sticking up in all different directions as he walked over to the fridge and grabbed the milk out. He unscrewed the cap and started drinking right from the carton. Letting all the cold air out of the door as he did so. If Mom was awake, she would smack him upside his head.

"Gross, don't do that," I chided him, and he grinned as he finished his never-ending drink, dragging his bare forearm over his mouth.

"You didn't answer my question." He put the lid back on and tossed the milk back onto the shelf.Note to self: don't drink the milk. He held the counter behind him as he leaned against it and watched us. I squirmed in my chair under his intense stare, but I was still his little sister, so I was used to pressing his buttons.

"Raiden offered to pimp me out to your friends," I said with a grin, knowing that it would make him blow his top.

"You fucking what?" he growled as he faced his best friend. Raiden went pale as he glanced back at me.

"It wasn't like that," he said, his hands up in the 'I surrender' motion. "I just didn't want her to be sleeping with random men she finds in the club."

It was my turn to shrink into my chair as my brother swung his gaze back at me. "It wasn't a random man, it was Lex."

"You slept with a demigod?" he shouted the question. I was sure his head was going to pop off if he didn't calm down.

"Shh, you're going to wake Mom and Dad," I hissed. "And I've slept with Lex a few times, you already knew that. He's good at it."

"Oh, my fucking god." Ty tugged his fingers through his tangled hair.

I bit my lip to hold in the smirk that wanted to come out to play. I could only fight my response for a few seconds before I said, "Technically, demigod."

"Can we stop talking about your sister's sex life? It is making me feel sick," Raiden said.

"As I recall, you started it," I quipped as I tossed more perfect bacon into my mouth.

"Well, then I'm also going to finish it. Get cleaned up, we have to talk," he said.

By the time I emerged from my shower and in normal, everyday clothes without all the hidden pockets with weapons, I hurried back downstairs to find everyone awake. I skipped into the living room and paused after one look at the four serious faces staring at me.

"What happened?" I asked as I sunk into the chair closest to Raiden.

"There have been reports that a high-level demon, maybe even a prince, has made its way into the mortal world. It isn't the first time that a prince has been here, but this one is causing havoc everywhere he goes," my dad said. He picked up his coffee, taking a sip like he didn't just tell me a prince of Hell was here. "He will be easy to find because he isn't interested in blending in. They say he has a tail, horns, and blue skin. He doesn’t wear a glamour."

"If I hunt him, then what? I'm not like the witches and warlocks. I kill what I hunt. Won't that cause some kind of war?" I asked, glancing around at everyone. Raiden lifted his coffee and took a long drink. Tyler paced across the floor, and my parents stared at me.

"This one will be different. You have to stop him without killing him," my mom said. “There have been disturbances that we’ve linked back to him. Girls have reported being attacked. The hunter organization has intercepted the reports, but they will get out eventually. We can’t have panic unfolding on the streets, and we need to send him home before things get messy and become more than the mild chaos that is being reported. All you need to do is capture him and bring him in.”

I huffed out a laugh and leaned back in my seat. "Oh, it sounds so easy. Maybe you should come out of retirement and help me."

"You'll have help. Raiden has offered to help you," my dad added.
