PCoop: I sent them to you a few weeks ago, and they’re due in two weeks and three days. Do you have them ready?
FinnG: No, I’ve been out of town.
PCoop: And yet you want to start a new project.
PCoop: Will you be able to get the revisions done on time?
FinnG: Yes.
FinnG: I should remind you that I asked you to co-write the Greek Gods series with me. Meaning I want to rely on someone so this can get done.
PCoop: I never agreed to do it with you.
FinnG: Why not?
PCoop: It’s a hard limit.
FinnG: This isn’t BDSM, Ms. Cooperson. It’s a book.
PCoop: Excuse me? I don’t understand your response.
FinnG: You’re treating this as a hard limit. Why can’t you co-write with me?
PCoop: It’s personal.
FinnG: The reason or writing?
PCoop: Both.
FinnG: I trust that we can do this together. Why can’t you trust me?
PCoop: I don’t know you.
FinnG: What do you need from me?
PCoop: Write me an essay about your soul.
FinnG: What?
PCoop: If I like it, I’ll do it.
FinnG: That’s ridiculous. I bet no one has done that before.
PCoop: Probably not.
FinnG: Are you always this difficult?
PCoop: No, sometimes I can be more.
FinnG: If I don’t write the essay, you won’t do it, huh?
PCoop: Exactly.
FinnG: I guess I have to do some research. What if my soul is so dark no one can understand it?
PCoop: Write an essay about it. It has to be at least 2k.
FinnG: So 2k about darkness will suffice?
