A finger slid up and down my slit. I moaned against his cock. Fuck, please make me cum. He spanked me again, hard. Ouch. My ass stung.

“You like that pussy, brother?” Ethan asked.

Huh?I pulled back and turned my head. Tristan was standing behind me. My mouth dropped.

He stuck his finger in his mouth. “Mmm, she tastes so good.”

CHAPTER27

Tristan (Day 4)

The plane shookas it landed. I hated flying. No matter what anyone said, it was unsafe. Had I not left Lisa my car, I would have driven back. She begged me for it.

On her twenty-eighth day of being in the program, she would get weekend leave. Lisa promised she would only use it to go into town. Did I trust her? No, but I wanted her to succeed. She deserved a chance.

Daryl waited for me outside the airport. He didn’t ask any questions. He had a jist of what was going on, but I didn’t give him all the details.

“Update me on the house.” I climbed into the backseat. Mostly, I was asking about Ava, but he didn’t need to know that.

“Joseph has grown quite attached to Ava’s family. His dive time has gotten faster, and his hitting average has gotten lower. It’s not my place, but his heart isn’t in baseball.” Daryl drove off and headed for home.

I cleared my throat.

“Right, anyway. There have been no leads on who is threatening Ava. Tonight she snuck out and went to fight,” Daryl kept both hands on the wheel.

“Is she okay?” Anger flooded my veins. What was she thinking?

“Not sure. Ethan brought her home, and her arm was bandaged.” Daryl pulled into the driveway.

“Did Ethan say anything?” I clenched my fists. How had he not informed me of this?

“I didn’t ask, I was on my way to get you.” Daryl stopped the car.

I hopped out and stormed into the house. Yes, the marriage was for Joseph’s benefit. That didn’t mean I wanted her harmed. The entire time I was gone, she was on my mind. It was solely because I was worried about her. Someone had been sneaking into my house and threatening my fiancé. That was not allowed. Whoever it was would pay with their life.

Controlling my breathing, I went to Joseph's room first. No matter what, he would always be my first priority. He was snuggled up in his bed, sleeping. I tucked the covers around him and went in search of Ava.

Dottie jumped out of bed when I opened her door. “Hello?”

“Is Ava in here?” I asked.

“Nope.” She had been sleeping but kept the light on.

“Sorry.” I shut the door.

Ava wasn’t with her mother either. She didn’t even budge when I opened her door. I tried Felix and Sandy’s room. It was locked. After a few minutes and lots of giggling, Felix came to the door.

“Hey, you’re back. What’s up?” He kept the door closed enough so I couldn't see into the room.

“Where’s Ava?” I stepped back.

“With Ethan, I think.” He shrugged.

As I walked away, I heard Sandy say, ‘Get back here, big daddy.’

Ethan wasn’t in his office. I sighed, this late at night, he would be in his room. He never slept, and as far as I knew, neither did Ava. At least I wouldn’t be waking them. Once I made sure Ava was alright, I would get some sleep. Hopefully.

I opened the door. Fuck, I should have knocked. It hadn’t crossed my mind that they would be doing anything. The wedding wasn’t till this weekend, so I assumed Ethan would wait.
