“So, what’s the overall plan here? You’ve kidnapped me, and recorded your little videos, what’s next?” I ask as I lean against the windowsill with my arms across my chest. The move instantly makes me think of Christian and I have to stop myself from smiling.
“You will find out soon enough, the boss wants to see you.”
I cock one brow as I look at Hudson’s friends.
“Is he not the boss?” I ask nodding towards Hudson.
“Will you shut your mouth for once in your sorry life!” Hudson snaps as he heads to the door. “Come on in.”
I watch the door, my anger getting the best of me when I see the two men who walk in.
“You son of a bitch!” I cry out as I fly towards him, Hudson managing to catch me around the waist before slamming me to the floor. His knee instantly digs into my back as he holds my arms behind me.
“Now Jasmine, there is no need to be like that,” Taylor smirks as he looks down at me.
“You sat there and lied to our faces over and over again!” I yell at him. “I think I have every right to be pissed off right now! And you!” I turn and look at Tommy O’Reilly. “You are the lowest of the fucking low, your sons have done plenty for you!” Tommy’s face turns red with anger.
“They cut me off because of you, you little bitch. This is all your own doing!”
“I suppose you have the right to be pissed off. But you see the O’Reilly brothers think they are bigger than they are. It’s time they were brought down a peg or two. Who better to do it than their father and an old friend? It seems they really will do anything for you, which will make their demise even sweeter when they lose everything, including you.”
“Let me guess, you’re going to let ugly here rape me on camera so you can send it to the guys before killing me in the hope it will destroy them. Then Daddy dearest goes to comfort the guys and gets his hands on the money again.”
Taylor smiles as he shakes his head.
“No, I don’t think I’ll kill you I think it will be more fun watching you break their tiny pathetic hearts first. I do love it when someone gets their souls crushed, in this case, it will be four of them.”
“There is nothing you could do that would make me hurt them,” I hiss at him. But Taylor just looks at me and smirks as he watches me fighting against Hudson who applies enough pressure to my back I scream out in pain.
“I think I know just the thing.”
“You can try but they have hidden nothing from me, there is nothing that would surprise me.”
“Oh, I think there is and the fun part is they don’t even realise it involves you,” he chuckles before turning to Tommy.
“Although I’m not sure if I included you in this part of the plan. Did I ever tell you there is a third party involved?” judging by the look on Tommy’s face I guess not.
“What the fuck are you on about? Third-party? You mean that moron?” Tommy asks pointing to Hudson. Taylor laughs shaking his head.
“God no. I think it will be easier to introduce you properly.” Taylor looks over his shoulder and calls out “come and say hello, dear.”
I watch the woman who walks into the room and stands beside Taylor, and my heart sinks before the anger takes its place. Judging by Tommy’s face this was the last person he expected to walk through the door.
“What the fuck are you doing here?”
“Is that any way to speak to me?” she smirks standing beside Taylor who puts his arm around her waist. She looks down at me and smiles. “Hello, Jasmine.” Her smile is as fake as her hair and eyelashes. She looks nothing like the last time I saw her and I don’t know whether that’s a blessing or a shame. I want nothing more than to get off this floor and beat the living shit out of her, but instead, I clench my teeth as I growl a reply.
“Hello, Mother.”

“And you have no idea where he’s gone?”
I turn to look at my two older brothers.
“If I did, I’d be going after him!” I snap as I sit lean against the breakfast bar. I run my fingers through my hair and take a deep breath. “He isn’t handling this well. I know none of us are but Maximus has taken it personally since he was the one who hired that bouncer Trent himself.”
