"What?" We all gasped in horror, and I lowered my forkful of eggs down to my plate.

He nodded. “I loved her, and now I want revenge.”

Savida looked stricken. "Your lover took your fire?"

Alcor explained, "Arabella summoned me to this realm. She had never seen a demon before and was curious about me. We spoke for many days. I told her about my home world, my powers. And I was also curious about her and this world. We became close. And then intimate. All I remember is the pain of her betrayal when my fire was stolen."

"Alcor, that's terrible." Clawdia’s voice broke, and her hands were still in my hair. I knew if I turned, I’d see tears in her eyes.

"When was this? I could find her for you," Charlie offered.

"I don't know how long I've been in the darkness. She might have died." The flash of emotions across his face told me he didn’t know how to feel about that prospect.

Charlie continued, "Give me her full name and birth date if you know it. I’ll find out."

"Arabella Huxley. I don't know her birth date, but from what I can see, the times haven't changed that much."

Charlie pulled out his phone and typed a note. "If you're not in any rush for revenge, I'll look her up later."

He shrugged. "I am in no rush. You and your friends rescued me, and I would like to repay that debt before I move on."

"There is no debt. You are our friend now, and if you want to help us, that is welcome. If not, we'll still help you with your … problem." There was a silence as Alcor absorbed that information. It was clear he wanted to trust us, but his last betrayal still sat at the forefront of his mind.

“There,” Clawdia said softly, running her hand down my braid. “All done. All that's missing is your prayer stone.”

“It’s in the bathroom.”

“I’ll go get it.”

I grabbed her hand and kissed it before whispering, “My love, you have nothing to make up for.”

“I want to show you I love you.” She pecked a kiss to my lips before looking at Charlie. “Hold this, will you?” She passed him the end of my braid.

“You get kisses, and I get to be her lackey,” he grunted. “Is this what sharing is? All I see is you getting all the benefits.”

“You like being her lackey,” I teased, my smile widening.

Ignoring me, he swung my braid. “You could play jump rope with this.”

“Don’t even try it, mister,” Clawdia said sternly as she returned and took my hair from Charlie to tie my stone so it dangled amongst the white ends.

“Let’s see how many times we can wind it around you.” He stood up, a playful grin on his face as he spun her around until my hair wrapped around her legs.

“Charlie, pack it in.” She laughed and wobbled. I steadied her with a hand on her backside, smiling at their play.

He stepped closer to her, grasping her wrists. “Why? You like getting tied up by me.”

She shivered. “What is going on with you today?” she asked breathlessly.

He smiled. “You love me. Zaide’s cool with it. I don’t have to pretend I don’t have all these fantasies of touching you.” He stroked her arm, and she shuddered. “Kissing you.” He kissed her neck, and she gasped, dropping my braid. “Fucking you,” he whispered in her ear, and she bit her lip.

My mouth dry and my cock aching, I swallowed and coughed, bringing their attention to me. I smiled and rubbed her hip reassuringly.

Perhaps sharing her isn’t going to be the hardship I thought it would be.

“What is that?” Savida asked. We turned to see that, while we were in our own bubble, Alcor, Daithi, and Savida moved to sit on the sofa and turned the television.

Which Savida pointed at, horror on his face.
