“Just relax,” I order her, rubbing softly. I sink my cock into her pussy again, as my finger nudges and explores, making her whole body tremble. “You want to be my good girl, don’t you?” I croon, knowing how she responds to those simple words.

Avery moans, her body relaxing a little. “Yes, please…”

“So take it,” I order darkly, nudging my finger inside her tight channel. I already feel my own climax build. Fuck, coiling in the base of my spine, a tidal wave waiting to be unleashed. “Take what I give you, baby. This body… It belongs to me.”

“Seb…” Avery shudders, taking my finger deeper, and damn, all I can think it how tight she’s going to be, opening for my cock.

She moans, getting used to the sensation, as I pick up my pace again. Fuck, I can’t hold back long now, and as Avery’s body begins to move with me,welcoming me,I feel my climax coil.

“Is this what you want?” I demand, fucking her deeper. Invading her cunt and her ass, so tight for me. All mine.

“Yes,” she cries, gasping. Begging for me. “Don’t stop! Oh god, don’t stop…”

I feel the dark pleasure rising, out of control. Ohfuck. “Come for me, Sparrow,” I growl, grinding my cock deep, as she clenches around me, her cries of pleasure echoing. “Come on, baby. Milk me all the way.”

“Seb!” she screams out, her pussy going off in spasms, her whole body shaking as I come into her with a roar. The pleasure surges, blotting out the world, so there’s nothing but the two of us, Avery so tight around me, taking everything I give her, still moaning and begging for more.

My girl. Myworld.

And whatever plans we’ve made, I know I’d rather die before I let anyone hurt her again.

AVERY

There’sno time to waste. Sebastian’s security guy may be guarding Scarlett around the clock, but we have no way of knowing if Richard is still planning to silence her for good. Or who else he’s got on his list of loose ends.

This has to end.

Tonight.

I fix my makeup in the bathroom mirror, my heart already racing with nerves and anticipation. It’s the night of Richard and Trudy’s big anniversary party, and we’ve decided it’s the perfect stage for our plan. Hundreds of people will be gathering at their country estate, with media and VIPs schmoozing everywhere. Richard will be on top of the world.

And it’ll be my job to bring him back down to earth again.

“You look stunning.”

Sebastian’s voice makes me turn. “You think so?” I smile and strike a nervous pose. I’m wearing a gorgeous one-shoulder dress the color of champagne. It fits like a second skin, showing off my figure in a way that leaves nothing to the imagination. I have simple diamonds in my ears and hanging around my neck. I look elegant. Regal.

Like a queen.

“It was very thoughtful of them to make it a masquerade party,” I add, brandishing my elaborate Mardi Gras mask, covered with plumes of golden feathers to match the dress. “At least we know I’ll be able to sneak in, incognito.”

Sebastian nods, but he still looks tense, moving closer to adjust my strap. “I don’t like this part of the plan. I don’t want you anywhere near Richard.”

“I know, but it’s necessary,” I reassure him, smoothing my palms over the lapels of his tuxedo. “Besides, people always underestimate me. You did,” I tease. “Remember when you thought I was just an innocent sweetheart?”

He chuckles. “I learned soon enough, you’re a force to be reckoned with.”

“And soon, Richard is going to find out, too.”

We drivethrough the dark to the country, then pull off a side road before we reach the estate. Sebastian steers along the dark track through the trees, then parks in a hidden spot just beyond the perimeter. From here, we can see the house is lit up, music and laughter echoing into the darkness, as a trail of cars arrives down the driveway, and people in cocktail attire greet each other and enter the house.

“Ready?” Sebastian asks me, looking tense. I know, he doesn’t want to leave my side, but this plan will only work if I go in there alone. He’s way too conspicuous to blend into the crowd for long, and even with a mask, there’ll be no mistaking his dominating frame.

I take a deep breath, and nod. For all our plans and hypotheticals back in London, it’s only hitting me now just how high the stakes are.

I’m about to stroll into a house with the man who wants me dead. Who’s left a trail of dead bodies behind him in his quest for wealth and power—and who won’t hesitate to kill again, if I try to stand in his way.
