“Found you,” he breathes, nipping my earlobe before sucking it into his mouth.

“Bully for you,” I moan, a bolt of pleasure zapping through me.

“You’re such a little tease, I know what you’re doing,” he moves back. His large hands squeezing my peachy ass in my yoga pants.

“I’m resting after my work out,” I say deadpan.

“You’re so cocky,” he licks his lips as I look at him over my shoulder, his fingers digging and kneading into me.

“I am so hard for you.”

“You better go and sort yourself out then,” I smirk, pushing up and out of his hands.

I bend down, grabbing my earphone off the mat before walking out of the gym and not looking back.

Fuck.

ChapterSeven

Tate

Sitting at the dinner table,I eat small mouthfuls of my food as I listen to my mom and dad talk to Knox. His deep, sultry, silky voice is pushing me closer and closer to exploding. Of course, he decided to sit next to me so every now again he grips my thigh with his hand.

“How are your parents, Knox?” my mom asks as she butters her bread roll.

“They’re doing okay, some days are better than others,” Knox sighs as he takes a mouthful of mom’s brisket. His finger swirls over my jeans in a slow and tortuous manner and all I can think about is how good his touch would feel on my skin.

“I’m glad to hear it, when are you heading back home?” My dad asks.

“Hopefully during the season break, be good to see them. It’s been far too long.” This time his hand dips between my parted thighs, rubbing me on the seam of my jeans, causing me to fidget on the spot.

Mom and dad nod in agreement, Cooper shuffles in his seat.

“Will you guys be coming to our game in Texas next weekend?” he asks and I am grateful because the sound of Knox’s voice is too much.

“That’s the plan my boy,” my dad booms, smiling. I love how proud he is of my brother, we’re all so proud of him.

It has always been his dream to play ice hockey; at least he has a dream. My dream? Having my brother’s best friend fuck me raw. I sigh, which causes all eyes to land on mine.

“Everything okay darling?” my mom asks, her brows furrowing, concern etched over her face.

I snap from my hazy thoughts and lift my eyes to meet hers while swallowing the dryness down, willing saliva to coat my tongue.

I nod, “I think I have a migraine coming on, do you mind if I am excused?” I push my chair back. “I’m going to the bathroom to get some Advil.”

“Of course,” my mom smiles, and I stand quickly, keeping my head down as I walk out of the dining room and into the bathroom down the hall, rushing in and shutting the door behind me. Letting out a deep inhale, I wrap my fingers around the edge of one of the cool basins which sits in the double sink unit, the porcelain cooling my burning skin instantly. I feel like a ticking time bomb, ready to detonate at any second.

Closing my eyes, I let my head fall forward as I enjoy the silence, as I enjoy not having the constant magnetism that is Knox. The tension crackles between us, the gravitational force field that surrounds him when he is near is enough to set off the Richter scale.

Moments slip pass as I’m getting myself together, the tension that has been vibrating through me for most of the afternoon slowly easing. I feel as if I can breathe again. My lungs not filling and drowning in the scent that is Knox.

I stand tall, looking at myself in the mirror and ignoring the flushed, hot mess that is my reflection looking back at me. Opening the large, mirrored unit I reach for the Advil, then close the mirrored door, jumping when I see Knox standing behind me. The air whooshes from my lungs, Knox snatching it from me as I gasp. I spin quickly, still clutching onto the pot of pills.

“Are you okay?” he steps closer to me and I feel the heaviness of his presence surround me.

“Yeah,” I breathe, “just a headache,” I shake the pills, willing for his eyes to break from mine and look at the pills. But it doesn’t work.

“I’m real fucking mad at you,” he reaches his hand forward, wrapping his fingers around the base of my throat.
