My eyesdevouredhim as he walked toward the kitchen.
I waited. I stared.
I licked my lips.
A few minutes later, he walked back to his bedroom.
When his bedroom door shut, my jaw dropped.
“Okay, April, you can survive this…” I whispered to myself.
I looked forward.
At my work.
The screen was blurry.
I shut my eyes.
I sawSebbyshirtless.
Yeah, I am not okay here at all…
Chapter Five
SEBASTIAN
I walkedout of my bedroom the next morning, yawning and stretching.
I looked at the living room and there was no sign of April.
I checked the kitchen.
Nothing.
“Did she leave already?” I asked myself.
As I walked back toward my bedroom I spotted her out on the balcony.
Wearing very short pajama shorts.
And an oversized t-shirt.
The shorts caught my attention much more than the t-shirt.
Seeing the backs of her legs.
I shook my head.
She really liked that damn balcony.
I yawned and stretched again.
Back to the kitchen I went to make myself a cup of coffee.
I then joined April out on the balcony.
She looked at me with tired, caffeinated eyes.
