“What? Why?” Then I realized why and shrieked just as he leapt into the air and almost as if in slow motion, he dropped us both into the still, turquoise waters of a massive pool. I’d never been a fan of the water, mostly because I hadn’t been around it, never taken on vacations to the beach.
