In other news - I received THE.BEST.MESSAGE on Instagram giving me a fun, wild, idea for Sparky that will be so fun to incorporate (Thank you, Tania!) and I really like it when you share your thoughts or ideas. Sometimes I can use them and sometimes they morph into another idea… but keep them coming! I love hearing that you all like these Flyboys as much as I do.
In the Thanksgiving scene, we’ll see more of that from Mallory’s point of view in Forever Feelings - and the pumpkin pie scene actually happened.
I was at my inlaws and my sister-in-law had been carrying around my 20 month old son… only to realize she didn’t have him anymore. Needless to say, I panicked. A house full of people coming and going all the time - combined with a very curious child?
My son was sitting on top of the table - and hollowed out the pumpkin pie with his four fingers, shoveling the insides of the pie into his mouth as fast as possible because he found manna from heaven. LOL.
Now… to start daydreaming on the next book!
