“Here,” I push the pillow under her waist, “lay your stomach on this pillow. Your breasts won’t be flat on the bed.”

Gwen obeys me. What a surprise. Her back is beat red. I undo the top of her bathing suit.

“What are you doing?”

“I need to rub lotion on your back - your top is in the way.”

I gently rub lotion on her back. Trying not to hurt her. Her skin feels like silk. So soft.

“Am I hurting you?” I ask.

“Just a little.”

“The resort should have a doctor on call. I am going to call the front desk. This lotion is not going to help.”

I find my phone in the living room. I call the front desk and demand the doctor come to our beach house as soon as possible. The desk clerk tells me she will get the doctor right away. The Vincenzio family has power and influence. They honor my request. I text Gino to let the doctor in.

I return to the bedroom. Gwen is still laying on her stomach. The bottom of her bikini has slid down revealing the top of her sweet ass. I grab a throw from the foot of the bed and cover her bottom. The doctor doesn’t need to see her ass.

“Gwen, the doctor will be here soon.”

“Thank you.”

She is shivering. I hope she doesn’t have heat stroke. I feel helpless. I don’t like it.

I hear a jeep pull up out front. Gino escorts the doctor inside. I leave Gwen and go into the living room.

The doctor is young, blonde, and tan. He wears white shorts, a Hawaiian shirt, flip flops and a backpack. He is too young to be a real doctor. He looks like a fucking lifeguard!

“You are the Doctor?”

“Yes, Mr. Vincenzio. I am Doctor Mike. What can I do for you?”

“My wife got very badly sunburned on her back. She is in the bedroom. Follow me.”

We walk into the bedroom. Gwen has not moved. She is quietly crying.

“Hi Mrs. Vincenzio. I am Dr. Mike. I see you got sunburned. Do you mind if I look at your back?”

“No.”

Dr. Mike sits on the edge of the bed while he looks at her back.

“Did you get sunburned anywhere else?”

No asshole, she did not get sunburned anywhere else. Keep your eyes on her back!

“No. Just my back.” She whimpers.

“Are you in pain.”

“Yes.”

“I am going to give your husband some cream. He needs to put it on you every two hours. You need to stay off your back. Stay out of the sun. Keep your back uncovered – no bras, no clothing.”

I like the sound of that.

Dr. Mike continues, “I am giving you some pain killers. Are you allergic to any medications?”
