I couldn’t help but smile as I walked back to my husband. Mia and Salvatore were leaving. “We are going out for a smoke,” Mia said to Antonio.

“He quit,” Salvatore informed his wife and put a hand on the small of her back.

Mia’s brows came together. “Since when?”

“Since I am trying to have a baby,” Antonio answered and pulled me into his arms. When they both left, his eyes turned my way. “Are you okay?”

“I am amazing,” I answered with a huge grin. Apparently, all I needed was just some dark Priscilla. It worked wonders on my nerves.

“Was there something magical in that bathroom,” Antonio said with a confused face. Then his eyes went in the direction of the bathroom, probably out of instinct. When something in his eyes shifted, I looked too. Jennifer was leaving the bathroom with an ashen face. The sight of her scared face made me proud and also happy.

Antonio cleared his throat to get my attention. When I looked at him, there was a strange expression on his face. “What did you say to her?”

“Why do you think I did something?”

His lips twitched, his jaw flexed. “Did you threaten her?” he asked and added, “Remember, no lies.”

No lies. There were no lies between us.

I didn’t want to break my own rule.

I threw my arms around the air. “What could I do? She flirted with my husband, so I told her I would kill her if she didn’t stay away from you.”

His eyes grew bigger. “You said you would kill her?”

“Well, something like that,” I accepted. I was waiting for his blow. I was waiting for him to lecture me and give me all his logical reasons why what I did was stupid.

But he didn’t. Instead, he did something else.

He smiled.

Antonio Mazzoni fuckingsmiled.

A huge genuine smile that was almost a laugh. The very thing I was so desperate to see. The very thing I was almost sure I was never going to see.

“Fuck you, are you for real?” I said with a pleading voice. My lips were forming a smile too. I just couldn’t help it.

“I think I should ask you that,” he answered, the smile still there. “You really are much more than what you seem, right? Every day you amaze me a little bit more, Priscilla.”

I groaned with longing, looking at his smiling face. I wanted to kiss that smile, but I was afraid that it would erase it completely. I wanted to drink it in as long as I could.

“Since the day we met, I have been waiting for you to smile,” I explained the reason behind my reaction. “If I knew this is what it takes, I would have threatened someone sooner.”

He shook his head and touched my cheek. “I do smile sometimes.”

“No, no, not like this. It is either a scary smile or a smirk or an ‘I am gonna wreck your uterus’ smile. It is never a genuine smile. I wanted to see your natural, wild smile, and you gave it to me when I threw a jealousy fit.”

“I was not expecting it from you. You are always so sweet.” Then he came close and bent down to my ear. “Also, seeing you so possessive makes me harder than ever. I want to leave this place and fuck you until you can’t walk anymore.”

I tried so hard to keep my moan inside. Between his words and his smile, I was turned on as well. My sour mood was completely gone. I could only think about Antonio. All I wanted was him and his cock and his tongue and his smile.

I gave him my pleading eyes. “When can we leave?”

He made something so out of character, just like I did minutes ago. He kissed my lips. It was a short kiss, but it was a real one. Then he whispered to my wet lips. “Soon, I promise.” And fuck me, he smiled again. “Look, I didn’t lie about the kiss.”

And he kissed me again.

This was a fucking magical night. I didn’t think it could get better than this.
