With a grin, I nod as I say, “Yeah, but not that. We need the good stuff.”

“Hell yes,” Brandon says, clapping his hands together as I walk over to the wet bar to grab the bottle of one-hundred-and fifty-year-old Macallan I bought right after he and I made our first million together. I’ve been saving it for a special occasion ever since, the seal never having been cracked as I waited for the appropriate moment.

This definitely feels like that moment.

I pour us all a generous slug of liquid before lifting my glass. “To Brandon and Tracy and a long life of happiness and love and—”

“Hot sex!” Simon shouts, cutting me off.

“Yes!” Brandon replies as we all clink glasses and take a sip. “Jesus, that’s good,” he adds.

“Damn, it sure is,” I reply.

“So, you nervous?” Simon asks, taking another sip of his drink.

Brandon laughs. “Not at all. I can’t wait actually.”

“Bet you’ll be nervous when we get to the ceremony though,” Simon says, ribbing him. “You got a tissue for when you start crying?”

“I’m not gonna start crying,” Brandon scoffs.

“Hundred bucks says you do,” Simon replies.

“Fuck, I’m not taking that bet,” I chime in. “He’s totally crying.”

“Fuck you,” Brandon says, punching us both in the arm. “I’m not gonna—”

The rest of his words are cut off as his eyes widen at something behind us. I turn to whatever he’s looking at and the second I see her, I swear, my jaw drops as my mouth goes dry and all sorts of emotions surge through me.

“Fuck me,” I murmur as I walk toward Zoey.

“Now who’s gonna cry,” I hear Brandon mutter behind me.

I ignore him, unable to take my eyes off Zoey as I walk to where she stands. She’s dressed in a long strapless black dress, the material hugging every single one of her curves. Her long blonde hair is loosely pulled into a knot at the base of her head, no jewelry except for some long diamond earrings, and everything about her looks amazing.

“Fuck, baby, you look incredible,” I say as I reach her, my hand running the length of her arm before I link our fingers together, lifting her hand to my mouth for a kiss. “So beautiful.”

She smiles up at me, her hand smoothing down the front of my vest. “You don’t look so bad yourself,” she says.

I’m shaking my head before she’s even finished. “No, you…god, Zo, I just…I mean, wow.”

Her smile widens as she steps closer and presses a soft kiss to my lips. “Mmm, you taste nice.”

Chuckling, I hold up my glass. “Try it. It’s very old.” She takes the glass from me and has a sip, her eyes widening as she swallows. “You like it?”

“I do,” she says, having another sip. “It’s delicious.”

I lean closer, pressing a kiss to her neck before nuzzling her ear. “Just like you.”

“Okay, okay, we need to stop this before my best man goes MIA,” Brandon says.

With a grin, I squeeze Zoey’s hand, which is still in mine as we walk back over to join my brother and my best friend.

“Zoey, you look beautiful,” Simon says, smiling at her.

“You do,” Brandon agrees as he pours a whiskey for her.

“Thank you,” she replies, smiling at them. “And you guys look amazing. I should take some photos,” she adds, grabbing her phone from the counter.
